The Dagger of Time from the Prince of Persia trilogy! It goes stabby stabby and undoes your getting stabby stabbed!

VK-12 Shotgun from F.E.A.R.
It literally (LITERALLY) makes your enemies explode. And that's awesome.

Simple, any game with Revolvers. Some of them are just beautiful, and also plain nasty.
Other than that, probably a halberd. Katanas are also amazing, but that's mostly since I have a great interest into the insane process of making one.

if you guys want to talk blades, nothing beats Gray Fox's katana in Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. When fully updated, puts all other blades to shame (yes, even lightsabers). This little bastard can cut through anything without having to deal damage to "weaken" armor or enemies. It just plain cuts right through like a flaming claymore through butter.
So a couple of games I was reminded of...
The Devastator (Duke Nukem)
Soul Cube (Doom 3)
Mesmetron (Fallout 3)
Lightning Bolt (Elder Scrolls Skyrim)
Lawn Mower (Dead Rising)
Minigun (Serious Sam)
Laughing-gas thrower (Serious Sam: The Next Encounter)
Gravity Gun (Half life 2)
Gravity Gun (Turok)
Bow (Far Cry 3)
Flare gun (Far Cry 2)
and so on
It can kill them if it fails to hypnotize them. Never actually did the side quest involving it, soooo... I just sell it to Moira, most times. It can cause cranial disruptions and stun enemies, however. So, technically, it can be used as a deadly weapon.
Also, how did you get into paradise falls without doing the quest "Strictly Business"? Did you kill them all?
Changed my mind: Half-Life 2 Bug Bait
would you consider the blacklight mutations from prototype to be a single weapon or each manifestation a different weapon
