Title: Glow in the Dark Art [ N Phor's Art ]
Post by: N Phor on December 30, 2012, 09:44:43 PM
Hey all! I'm trying to get back into drawing after taking a break for several years. What do you think?

For my first post, here's a picture I recently drew of my 'sona, N.

Looks pretty cool. If you want a crit, I feel the anatomy could use some work, but otherwise, I like it.

Thanks! And I totally agree with you. I spent years drawing vague/awful cartoon anatomy and it really shows.

If you want something that can be a valuable resource and can afford to spare the cash for it, might I suggest this book (http://www.amazon.com/Anatomy-Artist-Sarah-Simblet/dp/078948045X/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1357188270&sr=1-1&keywords=anatomy+for+the+artist)? It's chock full of good references and general information on anatomy that I have found really helpful.

Hey, thanks! I've really been looking for creative resources like this but there's just so many I had no idea where to start. This is perfect.
