Title: Criminally Insane OOC

The setting of this RP is a modern-ish type, set in the year 3086, computers and clockwork gadgetry are acceptable, even swords made from it. Maybe even the odd little robot or two. The technology hasn't advanced much since year 2020, and most items are broken and rundown. Yes, magic is allowed, but nothing OP or god-modded. Starting point is in a town known as District 18, the safest point of the whole continent, that has been turned into a prison for wanted criminals and assassins.

Weaponry: Custom built scrap rifle, able to fire anything from pebbles to 8mm rifle rounds, bolt action, copper cover over top with smiley face and kill-tally scratched on, iron-sights, jams after 3-4 shots, suprisingly accurate, can fire four bullets in three seconds. Steel crowbar connected to a medium weight, short chain with duct tape and welding.

Class: Illegal arms dealer (and occasional manufacturer)
