Title: The picture to this is a lightbulb.
Post by: Growlithe on July 16, 2012, 06:09:42 AM
Uhm. I'm a Growlithe and I work in fast food and I am a team leader in a robotics club and I like tangy oranges, and I like Billy Joel's music. Ask whatever else you'd like to know -.-

Cool! A growlithe! Welcome to the forum and keep an eye out for pokeballs, they've been flying all over the place!

Do you enjoy reading?  ^_^

Thanks for the heads up

I enjoy reading instructables, DIY books, and certain history books (I.E. Things including battle tactics/details ). I'm not a huge fan of stories, fiction or non fiction.

Welcome to the forum.

I am Nikolai, nice to meet you.

Damn you Sig why did you have to warn him?

*Slowly puts Pokeball back in his backpack*

I hope you enjoy your time here, see you around.

Hello there! Nice to meet you, I'm Aoren! I'm also Neroa, depending on the time of day and week. Anyway I'm just here to say 'welcome' and offer any assistance I can provide.

So, things to ask, eh? How long have you been a furry? What drew you to TFF? If you're interested in military planning, who is your favorite tactician?

I hit the 10th year mark earlier this summer, I just googled it because I got bored of my last community, and I like both Caesar for a few reasons; he fought beside his follow warriors, managed to expand Rome at an awesome rate, and his Rhine Bridges. It was like he did it because he could. For a more modern one, I would select Doug MacArthur for his work in WWII.

Interesting, I'm a fan of Hannibal :P Ah, a different era :/
What last community were you a part of?
Title: Re: The picture to this is a lightbulb.
Post by: Growlithe on July 16, 2012, 06:56:38 PM
Furtopia; it's a good community and all, but it's loaded with young furs, which, no offense to any young furs at all, gets old. The website lay out also got old quickly

I see. Well you'll probably enjoy TFF then. The layout has spoiled me beyond belief and the general community is a bit more on the mature side.

That's good. And Hannibal is definately in my top ten. And while I haven't fiddled with it, it appears the layout is capable of being customized. This place doesn't seem as big on fursuits, though

Yeah it's customisable, to an extent.
But no, that's not really a focus here.

That's too bad, it is nice to see fursuits. And it also appears RPing here, like most furry forums, is quite big.

Perhaps, but in all the time I've spent here I've never been involved in the RP threads. Just not my style/

Nice to meet you Growlithe!
My name it Beatnory, but you can call me Beat like the most do.

Do you play games?
Title: Re: The picture to this is a lightbulb.
Post by: Growlithe on July 17, 2012, 07:14:18 PM
Always.

I'm a big fan of the n64 and dreamcast; my favorite games are on these older gen consoles and you can ALWAYS count on my opinion on 99 percent of video games to be accurate. I prefer old plaformers (fur fighters, banjo kazzoie, conker's bad fur day)

How about you?

I'm a big fan of the old SEGA game colsoles. But now I'm playing more indie games because of my study.
what is the best game in your eyes?

either space station silicon valley or Banjo Kazooie/Tooie

Edit: sounds like an interesting study; what is it?

I'm doing Game Development (making games). But I don't play a lot of games like most people think.
I agree with you with Banjo Kazooie, It's a great game ;)

Do you also have greated robots?
Title: Re: The picture to this is a lightbulb.

Herp, I linked vex. That's what we've had at our school for four years. National robotics competition is new. We also do a little bit of SePerch which is underwater robotics.

Greated robots?

And you are working in the fast food, How is that possible?
This sounds awesome to can create robot's. If  I could do that the first robot will be a robot that can clean. I hate cleaning.
(also sorry for my English!)
