What is your hair colour and quality? Dying your hair white is extremely hard and will damage your hair quite a bit, even if you do it professionally with hair dye that doesn't have any ammonia or dangerous gases.

If your hair is naturally any darker than this, good luck. And if you've dyed it, it will be impossible. Dyes in stores have larger colour particles so they'll fit any hair type, and is thus extremely hard to get rid of. You're better off cutting it off and starting over with fresh hair. But as I said, if it's even as much as dark blonde, you're in trouble. It's VERY hard to bleach hair enough for it to become white and not yellow, even if you use special blue shampoo to balance it out.
Trust me, I have the colour pictured above as my natural tone and I've talked to my hairdresser many times about going to white. My advice is to find a hairdresser and talk it over with them, see what they recommend for you.

XD good idea i should test first :p my brother tried doing his hair like Dr.who and now he looks so funny i dont want the same result :pSnurr has the write information. I have moments when I come up with really rad ideas for my hair that would look great on paper or in my mind but then my hair's very thick it'd be hard to do exactly what I wanted. White is a very damaging colour to your hair too. See if you can get white clip in-hair and experiment with that first before making a big decision.
A friend of mine wanted her fringe pink because it looked good on an anime character. It looked so awkward and it faded it a weird white.
