Rhapsody - The Dark Tower of Abyss (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oH4HIn5Pfvg#)

Normally I'm not into power metal, but I love that song and album.

And here's this if you want to go darker:

Nokturnal Mortum - Veles' Scrolls (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3JCh-Jg-Fw0#ws)

I'm surprised Garmurin didn't post this already:
FLESHGOD APOCALYPSE - The Violation (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9RyelLaHvQw#ws)

But by symphonic metal, what do you mean precisely? Because I know of a great many artists who utilise elements of symphonic metal but are of different genre's due to their predominating choice of style.

This is the catchiest symphonic black metal song I've ever heard; the guitars and keyboard in it are just so prominent and almost danceable.

Bal Sagoth - As The Vortex Illumines The Crystalline Walls Of Kor Avul Thaa (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7m1zVkTaEX0#ws)
