With you, I feel no fear
I feel truly loved
When you are near
My Heart wants to sing to the sky
And gaze ever deeper
Into your eyes
Though the miles seperate us
Our love together will bind us
For my love for you is greater
Than the ocean of space
And sooner rather than later
I wish to see your face
This Heart will forever be yours
This mind will e'er be thinking
Of you
This voice will sing it's song

Figured i'd do a knew one.
Two in love
Seperated by miles and miles
One creates portrairs of beauty
The other uses words to convey
And he misses him
These two wolves
Bound by love and happiness
Together forever in a world
All their own
And he misses him
The one of words
Can scarcely speak
To his love
It tears him apart
And he misses him
But the one of words knows
One day, they will be together
That they may one day kiss
Fills his Heart with joy and longing
And he misses him

Winds
Winds keep blowing
Time
Time keeps going
In a second, a day
In a day, a month
In a month a year
In the blink of an eye,
My life flashes by
Where they aren't
I am
Where they can't

In a world all my own
Where time moves to the beat of my Heart
Where their rules apply
When i wish them
My life is mine to live

My mistakes are mine to remember

The creaking of the trees
The whisper of the woods
The falling of the leaves
In this place i could find
Solace, Quiet
The tang salt upon the air
The endless expanse of blue so fair
The crash of waves, the call of gulls
The gentle rocking slowly lulls
Me into slumber

Adventure, sweat
Endless Darkness
Velvet Blackness
Pinpricks of light
Souless specters in the night

Let's take a step out of reality, you and I
Take a step into Neverwas, Mightbe, Could'vebeen, Should'vebeen
Take a step into Whatwill, Whatif, MaybeI
Not Memory Lane, not a place to take a stroll, but somewhere more dark
You and I have been down this road before, we all have
You know where we are
It's a place we've all been traveling to far too often
I know, I know, this is not the happiest place, no one wants to be here, no one wants to live here
But some do, too many do
And everyday they see their greatest love walking out the door, everyday they don't stop them
Everyday they answer that text when they should have been watching the road
Far too many live here
I had a place not far from where we are now
And it's filled with these things
But I know
I know that grief is a step, anger is a step, it's all another step
On the staircase to moving on
Everything happens for a reason
You've heard me say it innumerable times
But it does, and we all come out stronger for it
Here, in the City of Regret, it's all past, it's all laid to rest in His eyes
Now you have to let go, time to move on, get up, face the future,
Even though the future will never arrive
Because all we have is
Right here
Right now
The time for regret is over
The time for hope, my friend in the mirror, is evermore, everalways, evernow
Time to face up, and move out

Do I know what real is anymore?

I regret, I mourn, I grieve, but what for?
Have I been so out of touch that i don't know what's real anymore?
Is it all for nothing, or is it for something i have yet to earn?
To achieve? To realize?
No one's perfect, why should I be any different?
What is the truth?
Do I even know the question anymore?
Did I ever know it?
Does any of that matter anymore?
How do I choose to live?
In regret?
In "what-might-be"s?
NO!
Never again!
I choose to acknowledge the past, hold on for the future, and live in the NOW!
I will hold on, strong to the end, never alone!
All my loved ones, friends, family, they are all here!
With me!
As I walk on, I choose
To hold up my head
And open my Heart
To all the pain and joy
In the many years I have left!
Wherever I'll go
