Title: Setting up a minecraft server
Post by: Kite on April 07, 2012, 06:30:28 PM
I'm planning on setting up a minecraft server. Currently looking in to what provider to get it from. I plan on making it a town based one - get a shopping centre and everything.

However, I don't have much money at the moment. And, because it's my luck... I get the strong feeling people won't use it that often and it'll be a complete waste of my time and money. So I need to be sure first - who here would like to be a part of it? Regularly attending etc. you know.. :P

Oh yeah, I know that x3 Problem is, we only have the one computer in the house and that isn't very good (unless my parents give me a budget to imrpove it if they really want to :P). I have a spare laptop which I could probably run continuously, but I'm not sure how fast the server will be. Might give it a shot though.

In this case, I would need beta testers :P
