I have recently taken up Angiechild's 100 Theme Challenge, a challenge where you draw/write 100 things with the topics given. Have of you furs tried the challenge before? if you havent, would you? its amusing doing the challenge to me because i get to watch my progress in the different areas of drawings
My requirements i gave myself in the challenge are:
*100 days beginning on April 1st 2012
*7 drawings are to be done in 1 week starting on Sunday 00:00:01 and ending on Saturday 24:59:59
*drawings must be done in the order they appear on the list, [01-07 for week 1, 08-14 week 2, et cetra]
My progress as of right now:
Finished: 004
Wins: 03
Fails: 01
i failed because i was tryin to draw a knight and it ended up looking more like a PG pin up pose >.< it was annoying but you learn to live with it.

OP could use fewer ragefaces. Eh.
But anyway, that's how I have been drawing for 13 years. (lol preschool)
The way I taught myself in kindergarten was this:
- Look at How-To-Draw books, follow steps.
- Get the idea of the steps, apply to everything else.
- Stop looking at steps, just look at final product. Draw it from observing, never tracing.
Seriously, I have never traced. It annoys me.

hmhmhm i never traces also, i stare at it for a while and draw then glance back and drawand i learned how to draw using those styles and tweaking it into my own :P\
