Step 1:
Prepare to cook chicken breasts on frypan as water in too to boil them to be tender up for 30min
Cutting Peppers and Onion and Put them in Bowl

Take chicken breasts out for cutting them at cubes and put them back in Frypan

Put Peppers/Onion in Frypan and Open Canned of Mushroom and put it in too. let cooking for 30 min and grate Cheese

Order them in a glass pan. And Pour Salsa on top and spread cheese on top. Temp of Oven 350F for while to see Cheese melting on top.
