In the void of space, very large objects have a tendency to revolve in circles, around other circles, revolving in circles. Sun goes around the Milky Way, Earth goes around the sun, Moon goes around Earth. I don't think trolls with weapons have anything to do with it.

I don't really know what the clubs have to do with it... But anyway, probably because many people acknowledge the fact that these people are world leaders, and consider the government untouchable by their attempts. Pretty much, they don't think they can do anything about it.

Because it is, unfortunately, human nature to hate and dislike anyone and everyone...  Everyone's gonna want power and money and greed and fear just drives this god forsaken world...

I think this more goes on the lines of humanities biggest truimph, and also humanities biggest weakness.

Diversity.

There will never be any world leader that will be able to have a the support of all people. Although to us it seems like the people we hate have lots of haters they also have lots of supporters. So why do people do nothing when world leaders act like trolls? Well, because half the people agree with those world leaders!

Diversity is a funny thing, it means humanity will never be able to agree on anything, and that has become such a good thing as well, because it means that we analyse each others theories and have given arise to modern science

This, and that everyone is different. At no time will the entirety of humanity go "Oh, this is a good idea" because everyone has conflicting views.

Because it is, unfortunately, human nature to hate and dislike anyone and everyone...  Everyone's gonna want power and money and greed and fear just drives this god forsaken world...

Also this, people are naturally greedy and selfish. It is an instinctual survival tactic that is still widely seen in human beings today.

As for why world leaders tend to act rather sporadically is because they (and this is a personal opinion, as is aforementioned) make money from it, and they are (under a democracy) frantically trying to do everything and make everyone like them so they remain popular or (in a dictatorship) they try to frantically engrave their views in the populace.
