does anyone know how to make a fursuit that can be use in the water ?

No idea what you mean by "the fursuit are in devian art", but you can wear any suit really that doesn't have electronics or watersoluble things in it in water... I've seen many people go swimming in their suits before. It really just comes down to do YOU want to get a $2500 item get soaked, do you have the facility to dry it off properly after?
Generally, because they're fabrics, they will dry off after being soaked. Any impurities in the water (lake water would definitely have grit) would need to be rinsed out. If you go in a pool, you would need to similarly wash the suit because chlorine is damaging to fabrics. It's suggested to use something gentle like woolite soap and soak the suit in a bathtub of water to properly clean it, then if you can, get lots of fans and/or somewhere with good airflow, and hang it there, AFTER you squeeze out as much water as you can (DO NOT WRING IT OUT... wringing out the suit can stress the seams).
Also, keep in mind that it would be bad to dunk an airbrushed suit into water too frequently, it will wash off the paint.

Ive made a partial that can be worn while swimming. you need to make it out of 100% acrylic & its machine washable.
