There are quite a few things that irritate me.
(Not listed in any particular order)
1. People on IMVU that ask for refunds.
2. People on IMVU that don't read product descriptions (if a dev gives them) then get mad at the dev for something already noted in the description.
3. Girls that act ditzy to the point of foolishness.
4. Things that my mother always says... like how I should try different foods over and over and over, no matter how much I despise certain ones, because my taste buds supposedly change every seven years. Even if they do, I doubt they'd ever change so drastically that I'd suddenly love something overnight that I really really hate to eat.
5. How some people get things virtually for free when others have to work their behinds off to get the same thing.
6. Prejudice.
-
Too many things here....
Not in order but:
1. Furryphobes
2. Homophobes
3. Liars
4. People who brag, especially alot
Could post more, but then I would have pages of what ticks me off... >.>
I saying ticks me off as well
IF SOMEONE BRAGS BRAG RIGHT BACK - I think Malcom X said it
-
Stupid threads in forums I help run.

I have quite a few things...
1. Homophobes.
2. Furryphobes.
3. Spiders! =3
4. Stereotypes! >_<
5. Really annoying girls in my school who wear flip-flops TWO sizes too big, then get mad when someone steps on the back of their feet. >.<
6. Being unorganized.
7. People who are constantly shoving Christianity down my throat and telling me being Wiccan is bad. Just let me be who I am! Am I causing any harm to you!?
Anyway there's probably more but I don't feel like thinking about it at the moment..^^;
-
1. (Main one) Unfair 'justice' due to status or rank. ((ex: Airman gets drunk and drives, then gets caught. Possible discharge. Officer gets drunk and drives, then gets caught... 'slap on the wrist' and continues working as an officer. ))
2. Unfair treatment of individuals due to religion preference difference or even just 'looking different' ((Pure prejudice)).
3. And blatent lack of common sense.
-
oh I've got one. People who have just signed up to IMVU then come to your homepage and demand that you buy them something.
BTW Syn, you're the second Wiccan I know of on IMVU now
-
((Strange enough, I am Christian ("Mormon" by well-known nickname) and I get people telling me that I need to convert to Christianity..))
-
Well I'm an aeithiest, so I get alot of christians asking me "what made you loose your faith?" that gets annoying after a while.
-
Since I see it as intruding into your life... I won't ask. But if you want to ask me anything, go for it.
-
huh? oh do you mean the loosing my faith bit? no it's not personal, I just never believed in that kinda stuff is all
They just assumed I lost it some when
-
Added to what 'grinds my gears'... total illiteracy. I don't mean like minor spelling problems (especially with more difficult words) or grammatical problems (Louisianian Dialect is something that is well-known for that and I have shown that in my typing sometimes)... but outright chat-speak and 1337-speak.
-
"You know what really grinds my gears? You. You America."  =3

Going off of Tator_dog's reference, I also despise when parents attempt to glamourize their young children. A couple of years ago, I saw a girl that could not have been older than two. But she had a t-shirt which read "Sexy". The kid most likely did not even know what the word meant; how would she wish to wear the shirt?
-
The S.....You got a few problems dont you :th_Pyong-1:
I hate it when you go to buy something and they sold the last copy of POKEMON PEARL TO THE PERSON IN FRONT OF YOU :th_PyongLlora:
-

He doesn't have problems. I agree with what he said. And besides, you asked what ticked us off and he answered. :umm:
I get alot of christians asking me "what made you loose your faith?" that gets annoying after a while.
Agreed. I got into an argument with one girl saying that if I didn't convert to Christianity, now, I was going to Hell.
Honestly, I really can't put up with it sometimes. I'm not saying all Christians are like that.. but anyone who tells me this sort of thing makes no sense. I'm not doing anything to harm anyone, and even those who are Satanists aren't hurting anyone, either. Satanism has many branches, as do other religions.
Anyway I don't want to go off topic or anything.. so.. another thing that ticks me off?
The MySpace bulletins to "incoming freshmen" that say how we're all going to beat them up or what-not.
Umm, I'm a freshman and I had no problems this year what-so-ever. arf

Anti-furs, Homophobes, Christian extremists, Humans sometimes too. I suppose there are a few more things, Just cant remember anything else right now.

True, and I agree. Though you'd be surprised how in-touch little kids are with things like that nowadays. I have a friend with a four-year-old girl who refuses to wear anything but low-rise pants and acts like a teen already. Kids aren't as innocent as they used to be. Though obviously kids younger than 2 generally aren't even able to read so there's no way they could really understand the shirt... omg
But that idea could be put on my annoyance list too.

@The S: ... If I get into what you said about America, you'd end up with a mouth-full. So, I won't.

Does nobody watch Family Guy?
To quote my message to one "WynterPayne":
My post was not my personal view on anything, but rather simply a quote from Peter Griffin on the animated program "Family Guy", in which he hosted a news segment titled "What Grinds My Gears".
I apologize if it was taken in the wrong context.
-
Moving on... probably one that would aggrivate quite a few people, Politics.
-
He put the thing in quotes, so I, for one, didn't assume it was The S's own thoughts. Regardless, let's stay on topic while we can, shall we? I don't want to have us all get into some nasty political debate.
That's another thing that grind my gears. Politics. :P

Let me comment on each of your things here.

11. Understandable.
12. No-one but you and a moderator can edit you post..or do you mean the filters? In which case, they are there for a reason.

14. I'm not going to go through your posts and check, but I have suspicions.
15. And got several thousand people killing you.

You and I are kindred in that aspect.

Most of my problems are from distance and interference.

I hate it when you go to eat a cheeseburger from McDonalds and a Pin is in the meat and you almost die from choking. ( happened to me 2 times )

"Better not be someone else's tongue..." :upupdi3:
I'll repeat one I said earlier... wireless connection problems. Signal strength has been weakening due to longer days. ((I'd explain on why, but I don't want any brains to go 'pop' yet.))

There could actually be many factors as to why your signal strength has taken a dive. What provider do you have?
