Title: [Closed] Vine's Free Requests

So, I suppose I'll just use this thread whenever I feel up to giving out free requests.
I can give out free requests for a number of reasons: When I need commission samples, when I really like you, when I'm bored/in a good mood, ect.
But just know that since they are free requests, I'm not obliged to do your request, so please don't get upset if I take too long or have to give up on it; I have a job and school sometimes, I get busy, I'm sorry, so please have patience with me. :(
Anyway, yeah, that's all that needs to be said about that.

Sketchy headshots

I'm currently sample gatherin', so I could use some subjects to draw. Since it's sketchy it will have imperfections n' sketch marks, so don't expect anythin' too spectacular. I'll probably fill in dark spaces and add eye color to keep it from being too boring if necessary.
So, if you want one, just let me know, I'll be doing maybe 2 or 3 of them for free.

Info I'll need:
- Sorry, but you'll need to link to me a reference for me to work off of, I'm not really up for workin' off of nothin'.
- Let me know if you want a certain expression or clothes or anything.
- Since I am gatherin' samples for commissions, if you want it done free you'll have to tell me what you would be comfortable paying for something like this if you actually were paying for it, just so I can get an idea for what I should price em' when I open up for commissions.

I think that's about it then.

And if I were to pay for this, I'd probably be comfortable paying $5 min and $12 max for an digital ink of that quality. :)

HOWEVER if you wanna do something more free, you could draw me a demon based off Adrian Paul (http://www.google.no/search?tbm=isch&hl=en&source=hp&biw=1420&bih=689&q=adrian+paul+highlander&gbv=2&oq=adrian+paul+highlander&aq=f&aqi=g2g-S1&gs_upl=3009l6004l0l6123l22l19l0l7l7l1l303l1836l2.7.2.1l12l0) (actor). Gives you a lot more freedom, but then you don't have a ref sheet. Though you can draw lots of horns and sharp teeth and whatever. ;) OR just Adrian Paul without the demonizing too, that would be nice...

Just pick something you like. :|

Oh right, and price? I think those would easily sell for $10-15 on FA, though prices on FA can sometimes be pretty high. Especially popular artists would charge something like 20-25 for that.

Expression doesn't really matter, anything cute and/or silly is fine. As for clothes, my fursona is, as mentioned in the ref, feral and has fur to fill up the need for any clothing.

As for pricing, I have never paid for a commission because I'm unable to use paypal or any similar service for payment. However if I were to pay for one, I think maybe $5-7 would be fitting for those sketchy headshots if they look as good as the one in your OP. However if you were to do some decent coloring as well, I think you could up the price to maybe $7-10. If you'd aim at rather cheap prices. Otherwise I agree with Puncia that those'd quite likely sell for $10-15 or even more.. $15-20 if colored as well.
Yet myself I'd probably be more comfortable with some sorta cheapie prices, being quite greedy >.>

It's hard to estimate a price really, because if you guess too cheap it could be an insult to the artist. 10-15 is what I guess would be a regular price on FA, but I feel that 10 is a max on a personal level. I wouldn't buy one if it was more than 10, and even then I would have to be pretty convinced by the artist's talent and know for sure it will turn out great. I do know how much work can be put into something simple. I've watched a fast working artist draw for 6 hours straight for something they only charged $20 for and I spoke to her all the way through it. I felt a little bad for her honestly, but she was the one adding more detail constantly. :P

Clothing like in the picture is fine. Uh, if you wanna do something different you could have her in a striped sweater or any kind of winter attire. For what you're offering, I'd probably pay 10 bucks at most. <:

Thanks for the estimates, you don't have to worry about offending me or anything, just wanted some honest answers to help me see where I'm at :3.
