I return to the scourge of the internet that is forums. Yay for me.
Ahem. I am THE Deadly-Bagel (I've noticed there are a few fakes around the interwebs *glares*) and although I do have an ulterior motive to joining this site, for now I will be just messing around in whatever takes my interest.
About me, I am the most common species of fursona and work in the most common industry of furs *headdesk* (that's Kitsune and IT, specifically network administration, for everyone behind in stats).
I usually mean to cause no offense to I ask you don't take any, likewise I will not take offense to anything unless intention to offend is obvious. However, stupid questions will be answered with stupid answers. I can't resist that.
Now if anyone's up for a debate, let me know =D I'm dying for an intelligent conversation .-.

Um, question, does the CAPTCHA and the two additional human verification checks ever go away? =/ They're getting annoying having to fill them out for every post, and when you get one wrong you have to TYPE YOUR WHOLE POST OUT AGAIN *so not doing that for the huge post that just got wiped*

Yes, it does. You just have to make a few posts first.

Making new posts would be easier if 90% of the topics weren't locked. Add that to this pain in the neck Captcha, this forum is turning out to be a drag.
I wonder if any of these factors I've mentioned contribute to the fact this forum seems a bit... dead? I'm yet to find any active topics which means they're going to be in areas that don't really interest me. It doesn't really make sense, how could a forum at the top of a simple search like 'furry forum' be this dead? Sorry guys, I'll be off now ;D

people are busy with school and other things. it picks up and slows down with the seasons so to speak. as for locked threads, you're more than welcome to ask a moderator to unlock a thread for you if you wish to post in it.

Add that to this pain in the neck Captcha, this forum is turning out to be a drag.
As I said, the Captcha goes away after just a few posts. You're already past it now.

Where are you looking? There are active topics available in almost every board. If you don't find one that suits you, make one yourself. And as Macid said, old topics are still able to be revived, you just have to ask.
