(Federation's Side)
Sitting in his office on the United Planetary Federation's capital planet of Ultimax President Buster was quite bored today because of a lack of development on the frontlines. The red and white Buizel morph was lazily rocking in his chair and filling out a few pieces of paperwork.
"Arceus I'm so bored..." he said to himself as he finished the last of the files. The Cornerians called a cease fire to recover from the fight. The Federation agreed to their terms and are recovering as well. Although the Pokemorphs of the Federation showed no hostility towards the Anthros, the Cornerians, however, were very xenophobic to any outside race. Buster got up from his desk and activated the TV in his office.
-----
(Cornerian Side)
On the opposite side of the spectrum the Cornerians were frantically amassing their troops and spreading anti-Pokemorph propaganda throughout their entire systems. President Aaron of the Cornerian Republic was out of his office and working hard to inspect troops and promote speeches to the public declaring the Pokemorph menace.
"These savages of the Federation have only caused destruction and suffering to our nation. They are no 'Federation' but merely an anarchy led by a lunatic no different than that of the Anglur or Andross! Unite during the flag of Corneria my fellow Anthros! Join the proud ranks of the armed forces and together we will crush our enemies for the good of our lands!"
The crowd cheers on as the president steps down from the stand.

(Where you can go from here: )
-Federation:
Okay, if you're on the Federation's side you may want to flow into the story by introducing yourself as you walk into Buster's office. You can page him over his beeper or just knock on the door to get his attention. From there just act natural. This is just merely a suggestion and you may enter how you please.
-Corneria:
You can flow into this RP anyway you can think of. You can be part of the crowd or just a guy watching this speech at home or in his base, etc. I'm just putting these parts in to encourage progress of the RP, since it might get complicated considering that it branches out.

On the edge of the Cornerian held boarder, a 5 man patrol watchers for any intruders. The point leader, A young toxic fox, uneasily addresses FleetCom.
"Green Wing to FleetCom. Checkpoint Zeta is clear. I repeat Zeta is clear of enemy activity. Awaiting orders."
His headset crackles to life with he familiar voice of Tracy, Communications expert for Fleet Command.
"Roger that Green Wing. Turn tail and return home. We'll have dinner waiting for your team."
He chuckled to her charming jokes. He addressed his squad with their new orders. His arwing's engines roared as he shifted the boosters to max......Something was wrong. His ship rattled and cracked. The electronic began to malfunction as his Arwing shot wildly in different directions.
"Green Wing to FleetCom! FleetCom come in! I'm having a massive malfunction! I've lost control! MayDay MayDay!" His communications suddenly crash as his right thruster explodes and sends him uncontrolably off course. The forces are too great, overwhelming his senses. He slips into unconciousness..........
He awakens inside his Arwing, crashed on a somewhat familiar land...........His breath catches and his heart pounds with fear. He tries to radio somebody, anybody, but it seems his headset and communications system have been destroyed.
"How did I not die?" He thought to himself as he forced his way from the wrecked Arwing. He looked around cautiously, he knew where he had landed...........Ultimax. His body ached from the rough landing. His mind begins to feel fuzzy, as he slips once again into unconciousness.

From inside a Space station, within the Zeta sector. Many people were walking around, sifting through reports from other teams. Inside one of the many corridors. Olaris stood, watching the Cornerian president's speech upon one of the many holograms. His eyes would shift every now and then to make up for the camera man's unsteadiness with the camera.
His left ear perked some, hearing someone call his name from down the hall. He would sigh and tear his eyes away from the screen to look down the hall.
“Sergent Olaris!” A feline wearing an officers uniform yelled out to him, who was also carrying a small folder.
“Sir!” Olaris responded standing in attention.
“Olaris, I need you to find a pilot that went MIA.”
“MIA.. Sir?”
“Yes... FleetCom lost contact with him and wants to know of his wear abouts. You are to go and track him down. If you find him alive, bring him back ASAP.”
“Yes sir!”
“But be advised” the feline sighed handing over a folder to Olaris “You are the only one we are sending, if he has ran into trouble. We can only do so much to help.”
“Understood sir!”
“Good. Dismissed” the feline growled before turning around, and leaving.
Olaris eyes watched the man leave before falling onto the folder. He opened the file, reading the last known location of a Toxic Fox. He clasped the folder shut before sprinting off to the hangar. Moments later, he arrived undisturbed and quickly typed a few commands into his arm device. In reaction the cockpit of his own Cornerian Fighter opened allowing him to enter and leave the space station.
-
He awoke hours later in a daze. His body still ached but atleast he was alive. He gently touches his ribs and legs, checking for any breaks.
"Good. Atleast I'm in one piece." He thought to himself with a sigh of relief. He slowly stands and checks his surrounding, making sure he's not being watched. "Looks like I'm in the clear. Hmmm.....I better get what I can from the Arwing." He slowly makes his way back to his downed Arwing. His paw traces the wing as he pops the . He climbs inside looking it over. The system is trashed but he knows what could happen if this technology got into enemy hands. He retrieves his pistol and survival pack before typing in the self destruct code and running into the brush. The Arwing soon erupts into a fiery explosion, pulling at Tohaku's heart.
He decide to set up camp near the river, giving him atleast minor protection and fresh water. A small cave was only a few feet away. His laser pistol made a quick fire for heat and protection. For now it would do.

I stood in front of the door of the president's office.
Not certain about why I was summoned, I lightly tapped the door with my claw, so that no-one could hear me.
I stood hesitatingly for a while, overwhelmed by my nervosity.
Letting out a sigh, I came to realize that I should act cool before the president would dismiss me for being too kind.
I opened my left paw, revealing a dark aura.
When I relaxed my paw, the aura got channeled in my body.
I felt my personality changing into something tougher.
Now filled with my self-confidence, I gave the door four knocks.
I opened the door, and gave my eyes a quick look around.
The office did not look like something special to me.
I closed the door behind me and leaned against it.
I placed my right foot against the door, and crossed my arms.
"My name is Sneasel Darklit" I said with a voice filled with a slight sense of hostility.
I rolled my eyes to the top right corner, asking "You rang?"
-
(Federation's Side)
Buster shifted his head to the Mercenary entering the room, "Ah! Darklit... I've heard much about you. You're one of the finest Mercs the Federation has hired. There was something that happened a few moments ago and I need to to check it out. You see, there was a patrol of Arwings that came near Ultimax space. One of whom was shot down by one of our experimental weapons. Dispose of the pilot so he doesn't relay anything new to the Cornerians. You know what to do... If you need anything just holler."
-
The fox's icy blue eyes slowly scanned over the area around him as he drifted just outside of Ultimax's atmosphere. He couldn't find a single trace of the aircraft, for any clue and found himself close to giving up. He flared his engines back on and began to rotate his ship and generously turned on the throttle to move to another area.
An alarm went off an hour later bringing his attention to a console between his legs.
“Anomaly Detected!” a computerized voice reported. The screen would quickly flash to a different image showing a 3D representation of Ultimax. It revealed with a blimp the location of the anomaly and displayed the closest co-ordinates for a landing site.
With a sigh Olaris shook his head and tapped his console to send his ship into autopilot, and guide him to a landing “Humor me...” he groaned dully, not expecting to see the Toxic Fox alive and well.
The ship came to a landing in a clearing, and quickly departed in its own as Olaris hopped out and faced the forest. From his pocket he pulled out a scouter and placed it over his right eye as he began walking. His hand glided over the controls to bring up a radar to help guide him to the site.
"10 Km to Anomaly..." the scouter rang out in a masculine robotic voice.
-
(Federation's Side)
At the same time President Buster dispatched Darklit, Task Force Frostbite was driving to the crash site in their modified Type 23 Kodachi hover jeeps. One of them, a Glaceon named Mikey, was relaying to Darklit.
"This is Mikey, Darklit we are detecting an anomaly just a few miles from our position. We will be there shortly to scout out the area.. Over!"
One of his squadmates, and his twin sister Tanya the Vaporeon, noticed a ship fly over them, "Yo bro! Arwing 3 o'clock! Should we follow or should we shoot?"
"Negative sis, follow the guy. Then he'll lead us to our target. Remember, this is home soil, we can't just engage at will. That's why Darklit is here."
-
The fox quietly traversed through the forest, stepping over thick piles of branches, and even walking around bushes to avoid as much noise possible. His eyes would scan the ground, searching for any possible clues to his objectives presence.
Soon Olaris stopped in his tracks as his eyes fell upon the beginning of a path, carved into the earth and trees by a crashing areal vehicle. “There is no way he survived this...” he thought to himself as he looked into the sky smelling smoke.
He would notice two columns of smoke, the first leading to the marker, the next leading somewhere else. Quickly he reached to his hip and drew his blaster and changed directions towards the second smoke column. He proceed on, this time in a light jog.
His eye quickly darted to the upper right corner of their sockets when the scouter discovered an unknown personnel ahead, making him move faster in hopes he has finally found the fox.
-
His ear perk as he sees a shadowy figure jogging in his direction, noticing something amiss. He roughly grabs the figure and pulls him into the cage after killing the fire. "Sit and stay soldier." He whispered in the fox's ear. "We aren't alone. Switch your scouter to electro-sense and look." He said pointing his blaster in the distance. "Do not engage." He let go of the fellow soldier lowering his body into a less detectable position.
-
(Federation's Side)
Task Force Frostbite proceeded to cloak their jeeps and switched to silent mode. Tanya parked her Type 23 in some bushes and pulled down a lap top from the overhead bin.
"I'm calling in a US-21 gunship for air support and observation. If they even decide to cut and run that thing will hose em' down."
"Where the hell is Darklit though... He said he wouldn't be late," Mikey stood watching the two foxes taking cover behind the tree, "Do not engage..."
"Psst! Mikey!" a dark fox Pokemorph, Ghost the Zorua, got his friend's attention, "Yo dude, I can get a closer look by blending in with illusion. We can get a positive ID on the targets that way."
"Good call Ghost, you go ahead and see what's up," Mikey gave a thumbs up to his friend and sent him off. The Zorua instantly disguised himself as a Cornerian Anthro, complete with flight gear and equipment. Although this was merely an illusion, no Cornerian technology can see through this ability. Ghost walked up to the two Anthros behind the tree.
"Hey! It's just me. I'm Spectre, please to meet you. I'm a Cornerian spy hanging out here in Ultimax and I just so happened to see your crash. It's good to see a fellow Anthro here," Ghost gave a smile, lulling the Anthros into a false sense of security.
-
Tohaku looked at the Cornerian spy with a small smile. "I guess we back up afterall." He the young soldier over but his eyes narrow, something isn't quite right. Something seems out of place about this soldier. Tohaku received his position for his eye for detail and advanced knowledge of Federation and Cornerian combat tactic. Suddenly it struck him. Some Federation Soldiers can bend minor illusion, showing themselves as other creatures or even other people. He smiles and looks into the soldier's eyes. "Ghost.......you do realize I am no fool. I beg you, show me your true form and allow us to speak in peace, in accordance with the Cornerian/Federation Cease Fire Treaty. We are both armed but we come here with no plan for harming anyone." His face looks professional but strangely kind for an enemy.
-
"Blah! Dammit, I see you Anthros got some new tech that's able to see through illusions. Very well," Ghost transitioned into his true form and morphed back into a Zorua Pokemorph, "I am Lt. Ghost Lee of the United Planetary Federation. Special Task Force Frostbite. The finest in the Federation!" Ghost salutes, "What are you doing here?"
-
"I'm afraid my ship had a critical system malfunction and crash land on your homeworld." He holds his ground well, as only a professional could. "The young man with me is just here to look for me." His eyes lock onto the pokemorph. "As you can see we are not here as combatants."
-
Olaris rolled his eyes as the “spy” spoke, his only information for the area is that he will be the only operative sent signaling the spy is a fraud.
His finger went to his com, staying within his cover as he spoke to FleetCom.
“FleetCom, I have the Toxic Fox, but unfortunately we have hostiles in the area.”
“Roger that Sergent, Escort the victim to safety, nonlethal force authorized”
With his hand blaster still armed, he pulled his index finger away from the trigger to switch the firing mode to stun before replacing it. He continued to let the two converse as he began to type on his pad, sending a new command under que to his ship. When he was done, he would lightly tap the Toxic Fox's back, signaling that they need to leave now.
-
(Federation's Side)
Mikey and Tanya intently listens to the voice recordings Ghost is streaming. He notices that the two foxes aren't aware of what shot them down, "Pull out of there Ghost, they don't know a thing. Hey Darklit, if you're listening you've been reassigned to a new job. Go check with my dad, you'll still prove quite useful to us."
"Okay then, I see you guys just got unlucky with the whole ship thing. I'll leave you guys be. But before you go..."
"Hold on, I'm getting a new order... Dad says..." Mikey paused.
"He says what?" Tanya cuts in.
-----
(Cornerian Side)
With the completion of the recovery President Aaron lifts the cease fire treaty and continues the war. President Buster reacts quickly, issuing orders to counter them.
-----
(Federation's Side)
"Ghost! Light them up! Cease Fire is Lifted! Rock and roll!" Mikey lifted the cloak from his hover jeep and drove into the scene, minigun spinning and mounted RPGs armed. Ghost disappeared and reappeared on top of one of the Federation jeeps.
"Ha! Tricked ya! BRB!" Ghost jumped inside the armored jeep and took control of the turret. The spinning minigun roared as it spat out hot death.
(One note: You CANNOT kill any named NPCs. They are vital to the story. I will not kill off any of you either)
-
(Noted)
He dives out of the direct fire, grabbing the soldier along with him. He retrieves his blaster and sets it to heavy stun. As soon as the moment is given he pops up firing three shots, one hits the chaingun and knocks it offline, the second hits a thruster and makes the jeep unbalanced, and the last strikes the one named Mikey in the throat causing him to tumble off the jeep. He charges out quickly and grabs the fallen Fed, putting a knife to his throat. His eyes, once a gentle and kind ocean view is now portals to pure rage. "Back down or I kill the boy!" He presses a button on his belt, activating a protective barrier so he doesn't receive any unwelcomed surprises. "I swear to Corneria if my blood is to be spill Ill have twice as much of yours now stand down! I show nothing but respect and understanding and you pull a gun on me!? I can see you have nothing but treatury upon your minds!" His blade tinghtens on Mikey's throat. His mind rings with a single thought........"Please dont make me do this......This isnt where this boy should die."
-
(Federation's Side)
What Toxic fails to notice is the puddle creeping from under him. He simply dismisses it as some runoff and continues to hold Mikey hostage.
"You forgot one thing..."
"What is that?" The Anthro replied.
"I'M AN ICE TYPE!" Mikey superfreezes the knife with his breath and breaks the brittle blade. He jumps up and shoots the belt of the Cornerian to disable the shield. The puddle below the fox knocks him to his feet as Tanya materializes from the pool of water. Quickly they dart off into the woods as Ghost provided cover fire, "Now where the Hell is Darklit?!"
Ghost bailed out of the disabled jeep and ran alongside of his team mates, bandashing a captured Cornerian Casten LMG for fire support, pinning the Anthros down behind the tree.
-
"How........How the hell did they get Cornerian Tech?" He holds his position, trying his best to fight. "Hold your fire! We have nothing to gain from spilling blood.............if they did he would have cut my throat." He said thinking of that look in Mikey's eyes. He was scared but its almost like he didnt want to kill him. There was no hatred. "Let then pass but keep your guard up. I dont think they'll be back for a bit."
-
Olaris hummed calmly to himself, as he stayed behind the tree, he heard something screeching through the air and looked up seeing an enemy gunship. He slowly quirked a brow as his own ship came within sight.
“Airspace Compromised! Initiating gambit!” his scouter rang in his ear, followed by his unmanned ship firing upon the gunship and ttearing it to the ground. "Then... lets go." he spoke calmly.
-
He nods and prepares to board. "Roger. Lets move out." He carefully fallows the soldier to the Airship. "Let's get the hell home." He makes a quick scan of the area and makes sure no one is around, its clear. He chuckles as he sits in the large seat of the Cornerian craft. "What a day."
-
The fennec smiled, as he flipped a few switches, preparing the ship to leave the planet as the ship gradually ascends in a circular pattern. When he flicked the last switch he took over manual controls and smiled as they continued to ascend “You must have been through the pound and back for you to survive that crash.” he commented as he looked out the cockpit where the original anomaly was detected.
-
(Federation's Side)
Mikey glanced up at the escape craft the Cornerians got away in, "Shit... Command, this is Frosty, they got away..."
"It's okay man, what's important is that you're alive," a familiar voice rang through the radio.
"Hey dad! Wassup?" Mikey smiled.
"Head back home for some dinner! Your mom's making fried fish tonight!"
The two Eeveelutions smiled "Sweet!"
Ghost sat there examining his machine gun and sighed, "Another day, another belt of wasted ammo..."
-
"Guess I'm just built for a beating." He chuckles lightly as he flicks on his HUD and examines pictures of the crash. "Curiouser and Curiouser. When we get back remind me to stop by Big Fox's office. I may have some interesting intel." He braced himself as the ship boosted into space and sighed in releif as they reach the green zone. His headset rings to life as a familiar voice cracks over the earpiece."
"Green Wing, Welcome home. McCloud would like a word with you upon your arrival for debriefing." Tonya said in a welcoming tone. "Good to see you alive Sir."
"Thank you but what did I say about calling me Sir?" He chuckled "It's Tohaku. I'm just a pilot."
"Understood Si......Tohaku."
"I'm guessing Big Fox's ears were ringing. I was just talking about visiting the old man." He chuckled warmly, "what a legend."
His body felt heavy as he exited the combat zone, relieved and tired. "So I didn't catch your name Soldier. I'm Tohaku. Tohaku Blackheart. Thank you for your assistance."
-
Olaris gave a curt nod to the man “Sergent Ryan Olaris. But please just call me Olaris.” he said turning around and headed off down the halway. To get something to eat at the mess hall.
-
He winked to the canteen cashier and smiled. "Your meals are on me from now on. I wont take no for an answer." He patted the Olaris on the shoulder, "Let me know if you need anything." He continued down the hall to McCloud's office. He stood before the large doors and knocked twice. "Major Blackheart reporting in Sir."
-
"Will do!" the fox called after him as he left. Olaris settled his tray down on a table, and pulled a chair to sit down. Once he was seated he quickly removed his helmet and allowed it to hang from the strap it was attached to on his back. He picked up a near by fork and began eating thinking to himself.
-
(Cornerian Side)
Admiral McCloud turned his chair and greeted Blackheart, "Ah yes, Major Blackheart, the leader of our newest Special Forces squadron. What can I do for you today?"
(Keep in mind that this war is only a few weeks in. The Cornerians don't really know that the Federation is a little bit superior to them, but are catching up quick.)
-----
(Federation's Side)
As the Rivers family enjoyed their time together Ghost was still back inside Task Force Frostbite's HQ, The Glacier. He was inside the armory of the frigate to check up on the weapons the task force had available. They had every type of small arms standard to the Federation. From SP-1 10mm pistols to Tundra Falcon .50 cal magnums to MP43 SMGs to AK-113s and BRC-4 Enhanced Battle Carbines. In the corner of the armory were some captured Cornerian weapons taken from past battles. Ghost had taken a liking to the Cornerian Casten light machine gun, being chambered for the same 7.62x51mm caseless round the Federation uses. All the other Cornerian weapons seemed a bit inferior to the guns of the Federation, but in truth their best guns were only issued to elite units. While the Federation issues its all of its troops with top of the line weapons.
-
His normal smile is quickly swept away. "Fox.......During my little stay on Fed soil I think I may have found something." He disconnected a small card from his headset and put it in the computer on Admiral McCloud's desk. The screen pops up with several pictures of his downed Arwing. "We may have an issue BF. While in close combat with the enemy units we noticed they got their hands on a few new toys." He points to a picture of the Federation Soldiers. "Those...........are our weapons." The image switches to his downed aircraft. "Also as you can see the Arwing has severe damage around the nose and main body, obviously from the crash but notice here," He points to the right thruster. "This isnt just a normal malfunction. That is from some sort of pinpoint cannon or laser. One way or another its not good. We took a hit on home airspace." He steps back and looks down and chuckles lightly. "Things sure are getting hairy out there........Big Fox........What should we do?"
(Fox has been like a father to Tohaku sense he joined the service at only 14. He was pretty much abandoned. Forgot to add this on my profile. BF=Big Fox.)
-
(Cornerian Side)
Fox sat there rubbing his chin at the pictures presented to him, "Hmm... Looks like pretty standard damage to me. You were flying a bit too close to Federation automated defense systems. And yes, I am well aware that the Federation is starting to capture some of our weapons. But that doesn't matter, from what I noticed the Federation's technology is only a tad bit superior to our own. And I forgot to mention one more thing: while you were shot down the Cease Fire Treaty was lifted by President Aaron. So yes, those Pokemorphs were fair in using lethal force against you. Sorry I didn't authorize that earlier."
Marcus McCloud came into his father's office, "Dad, Star Fox is ready to launch! Star Wolf is preparing for the invasion and where is mom's staff?"
Fox smiled at his blue son, "I had it sent to the Cornerian Armory for maintenance. And how is the invasion plan coming?"
Marcus handed his father a few folders and told him to give it a look, "All as planned. We've even upgraded all our units to match that of the Federation. At least now the Arms Race is on par."
-
He looked to the floor clenching his paws. "Why is this happening?! They don't even seem to want to fight! While in combat with those soldiers I was taken off guard. He could have easily killed me, taken my life and been on his merry little way. Yet he let me go. He had such a look of sorrow in his eyes!" A tear streamed down his cheek. "They.........They don't seem like evil invaders. They don't seem like Andross or any beast we've encountered.........they just seem.......scared" Sorrow and anger filled his eyes. The question of why he was spared if they're so cruel and brutal as the president lead on. Why was this war happening at all?
-
(Cornerian Side)
Marcus and Fox raised their "eyebrows" (or similar) at Blackheart's comment, "Have you ever noticed that none of our POWs are never heard from again?"
"Or the fact the soldier you fought seemed scared about fighting?" Marcus added.
"You see this 'Federation' is nothing more than anarchy. The so called 'President' of our enemies is nothing more than a killer who sends out waves upon waves of their sons and daugthers to die. Tell me, who was the soldier you fought?"
-
"Bows his head slightly. How are we no different? If someone was invading your home wouldn't you do everything in your power to fight back?! I have seen you and your family as a family to me. You took me in when I had nothing. You told me tales of battles with Andross and even Master Wolf. You told me about your father and his struggle to the end." He turns away, "I too have seen combat and fought many enemies but never have I seen those eyes. They didn't want this war did they? I need to know what started this war." Turns back to Fox, "Goddamn it tell me what the truth is! I'm sick of being fed garbage!" He looks deep in Fox's eyes, "Tell me the truth because at one point I wasn't some orphan to you. Tell me because you raised me as your son."
-
(Cornerian Side)
Fox slipped his face into his palm, "Oh yeah, that's right. You weren't here when they invaded Katina. You were off on vacation. Sorry I forget to mention that, now just calm down and have a glass of lemonade with your brother."
Marcus poured some lemonade into two glasses and offered one to Blackheart, "They're being forced into this war... It's their president that does it. Those eyes of fear you saw, they didn't fear you. It was their leader that they feared. They only put up these fake policies to throw us off, make us think that they're the good guys. We were dragged into this war. Lemonade bro?"
-
He calms down lightly, realizing how much of a child he must look like to BF. "Yes thank you little brother." He pats Marcus on the shoulder. Such a tantrum in front of his little brother. He chuckles lightly. "Sorry BF. I guess I'm still a tad shaken from my little trip." He takes a sip from his glass of lemonade. "I need to make a request of you and the family." His eyes return to his normal serious look "I want my team to be on point for this mission. I want Green Wings on assignment. I also request a few adjustments to my next Arwing." He lays down a list of adjustments to bring his next ship up to par with his last Arwing.

(Federation's Side)
Back on Ultimax the Rivers family was eating dinner at their riverside house. The five of them enjoying a wonderful meal of fried fish caught fresh from the river that divided the capital city in half. The scene was quiet and all was quite cheerful, as the Rivers family was relaxing on their patio. May was gently rocking back and forth caressing her belly and singing to her unborn child. Buster was doing dishes and the twins were playing some online games on their laptops, continuing their friendly sibling rivalries. In the garage was Buster's other son, David the Jolteon. He was busy building a vintage car he had salvaged from a Cornerian battlefield and was hard at work restoring it. For him fixing things was the way of life. He always had fun taking things apart and putting things back together, like his father before he became President. The citizens of the Federation were also quite cheerful, being the tolerant, understanding optimists they were. There was no racism in the Federation, aside from a few friendly jokes, nore was there any sign of hate or bad behavior, as their ancestors before were bred specifically by extincts humans to be both smart and benevolent. Fighting only for sport as they have done in the past.
-
Tohaku brought dinner for his family, sitting and laughing about childish jokes. Fox obviously didn't want Tohaku to join the fight, let alone be on the frontline. Tohaku knew this and thought it best to just enjoy his down time with his family. The family has a good laugh and enjoys their meals, no need to upset him before combat. "So your gonna help me with my new Arwing right little bro?" He smiles to Marcus as he finishes his meal.
-
(Cornerian Side)
"Yeah, I'll help you out man," Marcus smiled and looked outside at the Cornerian military formations being amassed outside.
-
He pats Marcus on the shoulder as he stands and walks toward the ships Standby Bay. His mind rings with old tales of Fox. "No time for sleep. Gotta get that Arwing up to par of Poison Tail." He chuckled to himself as he thinks of his downed ship. As he steps inside the Hanger he looks to his new Arwing, Already fixed up and ready. Its body tinted green and wings tipped with black. On the side was a note taped to it, it read
'Try not to crash this one furball. These things cost too damn much to just throw away but one more for our top pilot I guess isn't that big of a deal. I know you and your brother fixed up the Poison Tail together but I thought Id add a few little toys of my own. I know you two are close so you'll be happy to hear Marcus McCloud is your newest wingman. Watch his tail, your mother will have my head if you don't. You can thank me later. For now just get your tail in gear and get out here so we can win this thing.
Your ever joyful friend,
Falco
PS: I expect a few drinks when we're done. Get your wallet ready. I'm not gonna be gentle.'
He chuckles lightly and shakes his head. "Thanks Birdbrain. See you soon." He looks back at the doorway to see Marcus. "Nice huh? Listen bro. You've apparently been shift to Green Wing. Welcome to the team." He smiles and hugs his little brother.
-
From inside the bay, Olaris could be seen with his helmet attached to his back. He was on his ship's wing as he was checking over it for any damages that he may not have noticed on the trip home. He took a moment to look up from the ship's hull and waved as he called out to Tohaku “Good to see you again” before going back to work
-
He smiles and waves back. "Hey Olaris." he walked over and patted the young soldier on the shoulder. "A fine ship you have here Sargent. How long have you been on our station?" He looked over the Arwing with a smile. His paw traces the cool metal. "What upgrades are on this bad boy? I noticed your thrusters have alittle extra punch than normal."
-
The fox smiled as he stood up scratching his head. "This is the old Cornerian fighter model back in the Lylat wars. So its a little outdated. I was apart of TAT during the wars, Tactical Assault Team. So my ship was outfited with RC control." he tapped his arm device "I can control it through a few things. My scouter, my computer, or these" he unstrapped a beacon from his belt and raised it up. "Other then that... it has the same tech from then. It still uses the God all mighty Nova Bombs."
-
He smiles and looks over it for moment. "Wow. Your lucky." He looks back at Olaris. "These things are pretty rare now a days." Looks back at the Arwing and pats it lightly. "This was the first ship I ever piloted." He chuckles lightly to himself. "They had a tendency to pull slightly to the right. How did you fix that problem?"
-
Olaris raised a brow and turned to the rear of the ship. He pointed to the thrusters on the wings that allowed for turning within space "I had the thrusters recalibrate so the outputs were even when going straight. For the longest time I never noticed it till half way through the war.”
He would hop onto the hull and walk closer to the rear “Other then that, these things are pretty simple to start with.”
-
He looks at him with a smile. "Ya know you remind me of dad......I mean Admiral McCloud." He blushes lightly and chuckles. "You wouldn't be interested in joining me for a test run of my new Arwing would you? I hate flying without a wingman." He looks to Marcus as he finishes basic maintenance. "Besides I always take my bro for a run when I test fly." Marcus smiles as he hears Tohaku mention their flights.
-
“Yeah, I'd like that” he smiled as he hopped down from his ship to check the fuel line before removing it. He would glance over his shoulder once more and speak “The admiral has two sons?” he would turn around and look to the two, confused.
-
He looks at him and blushes again. "Y-Yeah. I was found by Fox when I was a baby." Smiles lightly and starts walking to his Arwing. "He saved me." The cockpit opens, letting Tohaku climb inside. "Our Com channel will be 18.234." The cockpit closes as the engines come to life.
-
Olaris climbed back onto the wing, and hopped into the already open cockpit. As he sat down in the large seat and turned the engines on the cockpit closed as well. He reached up over his head and began to tap on a device, setting the radio frequency to what he was told earlier. "This is Olaris, can you read me?"
-
"Loud and Clear Olaris. Let's go have some fun." He said as the platforms turned the Arwings toward the exit. "Green Wing Unit 1, Moving out." The engines roar to life as his Arwing shoots out of the hangar. "Airspace is clear and clean."
-
Olaris flicked a few switches causing the ship to raise up from its supports. He placed his paw on a nearby handle and pushed it forwards causing the thrusters to flare on and shoot the ship outside of the bay “Roger that Green Wing, Glade 212, moving out!”
-
He smiled as his body adjusts to forces. "What do you say we test out the weapons systems?" He said as he boosted towards the training airspace. "Eight targets on each side lets light them up. Weapons hot." His claw flips the cover to his lasers and lets loose a few quick blasts, obliterating them with perfect accuracy. "Glade 212, let's see those skills. Take down the remaining 8 and lets move onto the course."
-
Olaris smiled as he tapped on his consols screen. The computer system within the Ship reported back "Wing blasters enabled and prime" as he flew in quicker to the targets. He cranked up the thruttle and began shooting, destorying the targets with a few hits, and the last with a direct hit to the cockpit. "Weapons on mine is a tad bit weaker, but its great against vital areas."
-
"Quite nice Sargent. Lets have alittle fun in the course." He said as he turned quickly into the reaction course, flipping and turning with ease through the tightest of turns and loops. "Be careful on turn 17, its alittle tricky. position 22 also has a dust patch." he lowered his speed and held position at the end of the course.
-
Olaris smiled as he watched the other go through after lowering his speed. "Beautiful sir! But... you must be getting old if you can't go in at a constant speed~" he teased, as he upped his thrusters. His ship shot forwards before the thruster's were cut out manually, allowing the force that was applied to pull the ship through the course. The thrusters on his wings will spark on when ever the ship moves in between areas. On the last part, the ships wings would pull themselves inwards as the thrusters kicked on pulling him through a narrow area.
-
He rocked the thrusters at the perfect moment to run along side Olaris. "Very impressive sonny." He said playfully. "She handles quite well." He looks back to his brother and smiles. "Shall we go home?" Marcus smiles and writes down a few notes about the Arwing. "Fantastic flying Olaris. Let's go get some coffee." His ship flips toward the hanger, preparing it for landing. Once landed he steps out of the cock pit, and lets the engines cool.
-
Olaris followed in step, bringing his ship to a stop before it gracefully lowers it's self into the hangers on the support railings. When he jumped out, he removed his helmet once again, and attached it to a strap upon his back. “So how long have you been flying?”
-
He sets his helmet on the wing of the Arwing. "About seven years now." He chuckles lightly. "Not as long as most of the big boys around here seeing as I'm only 21." Walks over to Olaris and leans against the ship. "How about you Olaris. How long have you been a pilot?"
-
Olaris thought for a minute, shifting his weight onto the starship. He would take a moment to check the year on his watch before whistling “About nine years” he finally replied as he propped himself off the ship. “Thing about space is, it feels a lot shorter then that.”
-
He nods and stretches. "That it does my friend. Looks like we'll be deployed soon." He says as he looks out at the ships taking their positions in preparation of the invasion. "I wish I could wake up from this and go back to a time of peace. Not worry if somebody from another planet is gonna take me out in my sleep or watch the news and see smiling faces instead of my dead friends and family." He pats Olaris on the shoulder. "Sorry. I tend to get alittle dramatic before a mission. Now how about that coffe." He leads Olaris to the Officer's Lounge. "Take whatever you like Sargent. If anyone gives you any issue tell em to talk to me." He pours himself a cup of coffee and grabs a bagel from the dish.
-
Olaris frowned as he began to fix himself a coffee. "It's fine, really Tohaku." he would say as he dropped two sugar cubes into the mug and stirred the liquid. "I can't say I know how you feel. Because I don't quite have that problem so to speak."
-
He turns to Olaris with a charming smile. " You truly are a different soldier." He takes a seat with Olaris and watches the passing officers tip their hats to him. "We are a rare breed. To touch stars and reach new heights, truly we are men among gods." He takes light sip from his cup. His body language becomes more relax and loose. "I truly thought I was going to die today........" He chuckles lightly and runs a paw over his face. "Olaris.......What are your views on this war? Not as a soldier. Just a man."
-
Olaris raised a brow within his mid sip. He would wait for a minute and pull the mug away from his lips placing it on a nearby table. He gave it some thought and shrugged with a sigh. "This war? What of it? This war, is just a battle of paranoid ideas, and what may be for the so called greater good. This is nothing compared to the past wars Between Andross and venom, and the Angulars."
-
He nods lightly, running a finger around the edge of his mug. "How does your mate feel about your career of choice." He smiles lightly, returning his focus to Olaris. "I mean I dont mean to pry or anything. Just thought I'd ask." Chuckles shyly, trying his best to seem normal.
-
The fox was taken by shock by the question. He frowned and scratched his head as he found this question in particular very awkward. His hand fell to his side as he kept his silence and looked out a nearby window into space. "I am not like most of the other guys, in particular." he started not wanting his answer to be direct. "I don't have a mate..." he continued as he picked up his coffee once more. "I am sorry but it's a bit awkward to explain myself."
-
(Federation Side)
Getting ready for the invasion the citizens of the Federation bunker down and take shelter. In only a few minutes the streets are left deserted and lifeless as all the urban occupants head underground for protection. The military personelle, however, are just as active as ever. Preparing vehicles, defenses, armies, etc. Task Force Frostbite was inside their HQ Frigate, the Glacier. David was all around the ship maintaining weapons, fighters, tanks, and gear. Mikey, Tanya, and Ghost were all in the bridge ready to lift off when the order came. All around them were ships docked all around the star port. There were many different types of ships, from Busteringrad Class battleships, Mayflower Class carriers, Rubicon Class cruisers, and other Cyania Class frigates. There were fighters circling around the ships. The Federation pulled out all its gear for this one. The fighters included Type 1 fighters, Type 3 fighter bombers, and Type 5 space stealth bombers. They were ready for the attack and might even have a few tricks up their sleeve.
-
He clears his throat, and lightly blushes. "S-sorry Sargent. I didn't mean to cause you discomfort" He takes another nervous sip. He tries to think of ways to recover from their awkward moment, kicking himself for goinng out on a limb like that. He looks back up to Olaris. "I shouldn't have ask. I was very out of line. Sorry." He watches the formation of ships disappear as they moved toward they're first checkpoint.
-
Olaris sighed as he scratched his head nervously again. "Its fine. You hardly expect such a question. Don't ask don't tell you know?" he would say taking another sip from his coffee. His eyes would go back to the window as he spoke again "It's fine, you didn't know. Psh, no one knew matter of fact."
-
"oh..............OH." His eyes widen, "So your..........ummm you know." He chuckles lightly, taking a sip from his mug. "Well your in good company Sargent. This I assure you." He finishes his coffee and sighs as he looks out to the empty skies.
-
Olaris nodded as he took another sip "Mhmm I know what you're thinking and you are correct." his eyes glanced to each star . He leaned against the wall taking another sip from his coffee before turning to Tohaku, "Why am I in good hands?" he would ask.
-
"I said good company because well.......I.....uh......am......." Clears his throat and blushes lightly. "gay." Goes to take sip from his empty cup, my fuzzy from openly admitting it. Only his family knew of his preferences, not really knowing of any gay soldiers aside from himself. He scratches the back of his head. "I thought I was the only one here."
-
Olaris giggled at the comment "Well you are not, maybe. There are some who are stuck in the closet mostly because it's one of the worst things you can admit in a predominately male area" he took another sip from his coffee still chuckling, nearly choking on the fluid as he swallowed. "Well this is an interesting day."
-
"You saved your superior officer from certain death, flew wing to wing with said officer, and found out your superior officer is homosexual. Either this is a weird meeting or a good date." He chuckles and pats Olaris on the back. "Try not to choke okay Sargent? I couldn't talk like this with anyone else. They would obviously think I would use my position to get special favors." Shakes his head. "Sad we lack such understanding and exceptence. I mean love can blossom even on the battlefield."
-
Olaris smiled as he looks over the other man before turning back to the window "Appears so. Funny that we meet in one of THE WORST situations possible. But now I can say safely I enjoyed sitting in your lap during the flight home" he laughed as he set his empty mug down.
-
He blushes heavily. No one has ever said something like this to him before. "O-Oh is that so? Well we should do it again sometime." Chuckles nervously, trying not to blow it. "Can I get you another coffee Olaris?" He stand with his mug in hand. "I must admit............I enjoyed it too." Looks into his empty mug.
-
Grins as he turns back to Tohaku. He would examine the fox's face “For a big guy, you sure do blush easy.” he commented handing him his mug “But yes please, I'd like that. I might as well relax while I can before the next assignment I am sent on."
-
He takes the mug with a smile. "Truth be told I've never had someone talk to me the way you have." He says as he pours two more mugs of coffee and rejoins Olaris. "Here you are." He passes Olaris the cup of coffee and takes a sip of his own. "Not to mention I've never been rescued before. So many new things today." He smiled charmingly to his new friend.
-
Olaris smiled as he fixes his coffee. "Well... I may be a soldier. But I am still an Anthro. Everything is not serious business with me." he said as he took a sip "Its like this" he started as he turned to the empty pitch black sky. "Untill I get an order, or I am actually doing my job. I will be a normal person. Other then that I will be a soldier." he would then turn back to Tohaka and gesture to him with his mug "I am sure it's the same with you."
-
His claws trace the rim of his mug. "Quite true. I try not be too serious as you can see." He chuckles lightly and looks back at the young fox. "I much prefer to hear my name than to be called sir. It just makes me feel a tad old." He places the mug on a nearby table. "Olaris I must admit that you have peaked my interest in several ways, a wonderful man, a great soldier, one who is quite honorable but....." He looks away. "Our conversation has been quite inappropriate, though I personally have quite enjoyed it. I guess what I'm asking is.............." He drops to a single knee, blushing and flustered. "Will you be my boyfriend?"
-
A bright red blush would appear on the fox's face as he steps backwards, taken aback by the man's action. He couldn't help but to remain silent as he stared down to the other. The fox would open his mouth for a brief moment to reply, but it took a moment. "Y...yeah, sure." he stammered as he held his paw out to help the other up. "But... I don't think you need to propose for such a thing."
-
His tails swings happily as he hears such a wonderful response. He takes his paw and stands. "Honestly..............." He begins with a bright red face "My leg gave out from nervousness." He smiles as he looks deep into the young fox's eyes. "I can pilot an Arwing through an astroid belt while in a dog fight with a dozen ace fighters, but tell me to be romantic or cute and I fall to pieces." He chuckles lightly as touches Olaris's shoulder. "I'm as rattled and nervous as my first flight in an Arwing. My heart feels like its about to tear through my chest."
-
(Cornerian Side)
Marcus came into the room to address the two, "Hey guys! The operation is about start! Get into the ships. I'll be in the Great Fox if you need me."
-
Tohaku nods to his brother. "Roger that little bro. I'll be there in just a moment." He smiles and looks back to Olaris. "Ready hun?" He asks touching the young Fox's cheek. "I'll see you on the battlefield. Be safe ok?" He walks toward the hangar, clearing his head for combat. He enters and looks for his brother. "Marcus? Are you ready for your first day with the Green Wings?"
-
Olaris nodded, blushing lightly at the contact to his cheek and scratched his head. He waited for the two to leave, and his blush to go away before strapping on his helmet and jogging off to the hangar to his ship. When he got there, he began to enable and prime the ships major systems, getting ready for war.
-
After a quick refueling, the toxic fox pops the cockpit and rests inside the large aircraft before strapping in and putting on the flight helm. "Hear we go again. Falco you better be ok you crazy bird brain." He flips a switch and the thrusters roar to life. "Green Wings stitching from standby. HUD operational. Fuel is max. Booster packs are full and steady. Tohaku Blackheart prepared and reporting in. Team check-in and report." He looks and sees that aside from Marcus the team had quit. "Com what the hell is the meaning of this!?"
Tonya's voice came over the headset, "I apologize Tohaku but it appears your team has resigned and have been reassigned to another project. It appears Marcus McCloud is you only back up. Anything I can do Sir?"
He smirks. "Let invite Sgt Olaris to this little party of ours."
Tonya sighs and replys, "Yes Sir. Right away." Her voice cracks through Olaris's headset. "Sgt Olaris, Major Blackheart requests your enlistment to Green Wings. Do you accept? Com channel is 883.64. He is await confirmation Sgt."
-
(Announcement: Please check the OOC Thread)
(Cornerian Side)
As the ships prepare to depart Marcus looks back at Tohaku and smiles, "Sorry bro, I've still got Star Fox to run. You go ahead and find some other people to join Green Wings. I can't just leave my team for the wolves."
-
(CONTINUE THE RP)
-
Olaris blinked at the message he received. A smile creased over his lips as he reached up to the top console adjusting his com signal. He would think for a moment before opening his ship's mic to output his speech into the new Channel "This is Sgt. Olaris Speaking, Invite accepted waiting for orders in stand bye."
-
(Cornerian Side)
One of the operators in the control center radioed back to Olaris, "Sergeant you are cleared to launch! Form up with the capital ships and the rest of the fighters, over."

(Federation Side)
Mikey and the rest of Task Force Frostbite were readying their own fighters in their HQ ship. They flew a unique prototype fighter called the Type X Cazador, a long, sleek fighter with swept back wings and forward canards, painted in the signature Cyan color.
On Mikey's fighter there were sets of mini cryo missiles mounted in the internal weapons bays, 120 in total mounted in 20 round pods, similar to real world hydra rockets. One of the pulse guns mounted on the fighter was replaced with a freeze ray, a solid symbol of an ice type pilot.
Tanya's fighter was more of a mix of speed and stealth. Her engines were the newer turbocharged M-500 Reshiram Ion Engines. Mounted side by side at the rear of the fuselage. She also liked to use an advanced cloaking field which has a unique ability of repairing the ship, rather than damaging it, when it gets hit by small arms fire or light energy fire. As for weapons she just uses the standard package of 120 air to air missile pods as well as the standard twin pulse guns on the sides of the cockpit.
Ghost's was a bit more devious. His fighter was not only capable of cloaking, but it could also copy the IFF signal of any enemy he shot down, plus disguise itself as that same fighter, pilot's voice and all. He liked to use long range arms like AIM-210 Altaria light antiship/long range interception missiles. His weapon bays were a tad bit limited due to the size of the AIM-210s, limiting him to only four Altarias and 40 standard micro missiles. His pulse guns were also replaced with silenced 25mm caseless cannons. His craft gives new meaning to the word "Spy Plane"
-
Tohaku's ship met with formation. "Sgt Olaris, come in. Glad to see I've got some back up. We're breaking from the fleet and our mission will begin. Our main target is the shield generators. Take them out and await further orders. So haul tail hun......I mean Sgt." He says blushing as he realizes his mistake. He stays in formation as he waits for Olaris to join.
-
(Federation Side)
Task Force Frostbite was at the head of the Federation fleet. They were joined by the elite aces of Black Claw Squadron, flying their equally unique US-74 fighters, painted in black and red with a white winged hammer and sickle. They were large fighters with forward swept wings and canards. The aesthetics of the fighter resemble that of a real world SU-47. Each had their own deadly payload, with twin pulse cannons, and an internal weapons bay large enough to fit twelve AIM-210 Altaria light anti-ship/long range interceptor missiles or up to an astonishing 240 Stingblade S micro missiles. Mikey tuned in his radio to the fleet command channel.
"This is Frosty, all wings check in..."
"Heh, Black Claw standing by..." Mark, a Vulpix morph, replied back in a Slavic accent.
"Altaria Flight on standby."
"Swellow Wing on station..."
"Staraptor Wing checking in!"
"Unfezant Squadron ready!"
"Fleet Com check in," Mikey directed his attention to the fleet.
"56th Naval Detachment is on your six Frostbite," an admiral checked in with a British accent.
"25th Fleet is a go, just say the word commander!"
"All fleets checked in, defense of Ultimax is underway. May Arceus be with us..."
-
Olaris blushed brightly, disconnecting himself from the public radio signal as he heard the word hun. "Le...lets try to keep that off of the battle field Tohaku" he stammered before reestablishing the connection. His hand went up to a few rocker switches, and flicked them, causing the ship's AI system to respond.
"Shields enabled, setting weapons to enabled and primed,...primed, setting bombs to primed... primed. All systems enabled and primed" the system reported as data over the ships systems appeared on the console between his legs. "I have six nova bombs at the ready, name your target, and it will be devastated."
-
(Cornerian Side)
"All ships are ready! Commence the invasion!" Marcus gave the okay signal by barrel rolling. Suddenly fighters swarmed out of the many Cornerian ships and the fleet trained their heavy guns on the Federation Defence Forces. Star Fox was at the head of the spear.

(Federation Side)
President Buster was still in his presidential office overlooking the fleet in the night sky. He just stood there and starred at the brave warriors ready to defend their homeland. He touches his head, shoulders, and chest in a sign of prayer and clasps his paws to pray silently, "May Arceus be with us..."
"Mr. President, we need to go," a Buneary morph walked into the room, interrupting Buster.
"Okay Rachel... Let's go. Are the new weapons ready yet?"
"Yes sir... Here is the button you requested."
"...Look Up..." Buster takes the button and opens the case, "If things get hairy, this is the last resort."
"Roger that. We have to get to the ship."
Buster closes the case and puts the trigger in his pocket, "Okay, we'll join the Fleet. Admiral Sintari, are you there?"
-
"Roger that, my friend. The fleet is gathered as required. Awaiting next commands." Nick stood in the command deck on board the New Supremacy, the Federation flagship, monitoring the spacefront with discerned scowl prevailing his expression. He let his hand on the comm system; "All pilots not boarded should be ready as soon as possible. Be in your ships and ready to receive orders from your squad commanders." He let his hand from the button and crossed his arms behind his back, pondering the next event to unfold.
The door behind him was heard sliding open, a slight hiss as it moved. Nick did not move, only stood there with his arms crossed. He focused on the reflection in the window and noticed who it was. Clair, his wife was standing in the doorway with her wings furled and arms crossed in front of her. "Nick. My Special Forces unit is about to depart planetside. I just came up to say goodbye."
He was beginning to feel choked up, not knowing how to take the goodbye. "Clair," he tilted his head a bit to the side, "be careful. I'm only angry I cannot join you in the fray." A tear, something rare for the Admiral, was felt forming in the corner of his eye.
"You act like I expect to die. No dear, I will be fine. And so will Zak; he was bred for things like this. I was trained my entire life." She walked into the room with swaying hips and tail moving from side to side. Her scales glinted against the light of the Admiral's tail flame, and her whole voluptuous figure was illuminated in an interesting light, bringing out her features.
The tear fell from his eye and trickled down his cheek. "I believe you." He stated unconvincingly, trying to reassert himself. "I love you, Clair. I wish you the best of luck, and you have my prayers with you."
Clair leaned forward and placed a loving kiss on his rough cheek and wrapped her arms around him in a playful hug. "I love you too, Char Char. I'll be fine, I promise. I'll even get you your favorite steak for dinner tonight." With her words said and reassurance placed, she walked from the room, rallying her troops as she exited.
"I will not lose. There's too much at stake. Our family and friends have done no harm to these xenophobic Lylatians; and if they want a fight, they will get a fight." He chimed in to Buster again. "Mister President, Clair and her squad are on their way planetside."
-
(Federation Side)
"Roger that admiral... Let's show them the might of our newest Dreadnought... Mikey, you hear that?"
"Dad?" Mikey looks over to the camera feed of his father, "You got it! ALL SHIPS! COMMENCE FIRE!"
From the other horizon of the planet comes a mighty ship of epic proportions. The flagship of the Federation, the UPFS New Supremacy was the largest ship ever seen by any military. It was about 2000 meters long with a massive rail gun that stuck out of the front. The ship was covered in cannons and anti-fighter defenses. The Cornerians stood in awe at the massive beast coming over the other side of the planet.
(Don't mind the different stuff, this was a previous version of the New Supremacy)

(Cornerian Side)
"WHAT THE HELL IS THAT THING?!" Marcus said in shock.
"Holy hell! I've never seen anything like that!" an Anthro pilot exclaimed.
"...Sweet mother of God..." Fox dropped the cup of coffee he was holding and didn't even flinch from the pain of the spill, "Alright! Listen up! Don't let that thing discourage you! Their just overcompensating! Hit them with everything you've got! We have to end this senseless violence!"
-
Zak watched the spacefront before him, hearing Mikey's rallying call. "This is all we're up against? Heh. I'll gut their ships like I gut my fish." He smirked with arrogance and let out a short roar, sounding just like his mix would dictate.
His father heard this, as he was connected straight to Frostbite's communication systems. "Don't let your strengths get ahead of you, son. Remember, they have their own elite pilot squadron you must deal with." He let his arms down and opened communications with another squad. "Flare," a female Charizard, along similar features to the Admiral; black scales with a blue flame, but instead of his blue-grey belly, hers was a deep red.
"Yes, little brother?" She joked harmlessly. "My squad is set not too far from Frostbite, as per your request."
"Thank you, little sister," Nick chose it to be an opportune time to play along with her joke. "Nick, out." He closed communications after she offered a salute, moving next to speak with the railgun operators. As he pulled up the screen, a Garchomp with a gruff face and black marking on his snout was the first to answer. "Jet, is the railgun primed?"
Jet adjusted himself in his seat, then cricked his neck; "Damn right it's primed. Any capital ship with enough gusto to try and attack us is cannon fodder; I'm a bit trigger happy, so those Cornerian's better watch their asses or this beast will tear right through 'em." His harsh, gruff voice was enough to spark an idea of just how glad he would be to fire the gun.
"Haha, so be it. Keep at the ready then."
Jet offered a salute. "You got it, Admiral." The screen cut once more and the Admiral returned his attention to the front. He himself was itching to be on the front lines, where he would be of the most help. He had to ask. Opening up the communication line with Ultimax yet again, an image of Buster came up on his screen. "Mister President, permission to enter the front lines? My first can take command, and I will stay connected to proper areas of the ship."
-
Tohaku broke from the fleet and jet into his missions course. "Green Wings move out. Target their generators." Suddenly a flash rocked his ship. "What was that!? Someone give me a status on that flash!" He looked around relizing he is no longer in his ship. His surroundings were foreign to him. The image becomes clear, its a temple. Great statues of Pokemorphs lined the walls leading to a large block. Upon the bloch was set the image of the his fleets signal. "Where the hell am I?" A flash struck him back into reality, a cell or cage. He was chained to a wall, guarded by soldiers. He grew silent, He was a POW.
