might want to edit the images in paint or something to the point that you can ONLY see the picture, and nothing else.

yeah, can use photoshop to make the image better. "like 800x600 or something"

you used a bad background color. it's too bright and makes it hard to see anything.

no. then its your PC that have to bright light or plasma screen. on mine it works fine and i can see it with no issues
