If you know someone who frowns upon furries a little, or wants to know more about them, this three-part miniature documentary by Curt Pehrson may help out.
He's interviewed various furs including the chairman of Anthrocon with their story on why and how they became a furry, and even their life. I even found it interesting!

If you have anybody who dislikes furries because of the 'y word' in that certain "you're all pervs!" manner, maybe show them 3:35 in part 3. Dr. Samuel (chairman of Anthrocon) gives a good rap on it. A VERY good rap. He could not have put it any better!
But yeah, I did find these three videos interesting. I thought I'd post them here in case anybody else might too! I also think it would give a nonfur a good idea on what a furry is along with a link or two from Google, or even WZ's thread posted in the general board.

Watched bits and pieces of it and will try to watch the rest later, but what I did watch was really well made and interesting. I will add them to the "What is a furry?" sticky in General.

A friend of mine asked at one point during dinner at the dorm, what furries were. "Isn't that some fetishy thing?" He isn't prejudice, he is a nerd, but still didn't have a clue. Linked him this just now, as a playlist on YouTube. :)

I'm really appreciative of the person who made the videos, and the guy who runs Anthrocon kinda inspired me.

I watched it too, it was well interesting....
I mean it was really nice, interviewed some key people and other furries.
I kinda fast-forward the video a lot.
I don't think a whole lotta people are gotta watch every second of it though, it's still a good doc. I laughed at some bits of it.

i watched this and i LOVED it. i wish this was broadcasted on TV EVERYWEHRE..so people would get there ignorant heads out of there butts...

I already did watched it before that post XD ... But indeed, it is one of the few inside look by media that (finally) gives the true image that we should have... I really give 2 paws up for the guy who did that documentry =3
