Title: Harry Potter and the Methods of Rationality

So I recently stumbled across a very interesting fan fiction of the Harry Potter book series. It's called Harry Potter and the Methods of Rationality.

 It's highly based on science and Harry using science with magic. The story has a different base from the original books, and it goes from there. I won't give anything more away and let you find out yourself. Though I can post some reviews if you'd like.

Sounds very strange, has J.K. Rowling given an opinion on this work?

I'm not sure if she gave an opinion but she did authorize it.

Wow so this must be interesting to say in the least, I'll have to wikipedia a review or something.
