Title: Call of Duty: Black Ops (Multiplayer and Zombies only)
Post by: Shinzuu Katame: Her Tolfy on May 14, 2011, 01:54:01 AM
Screw the system discussions and single player. Let's just get down to main business. Records, tricks, strategies, explanations, help, etc. All based around Multiplayer and Zombie maps. I'll start with something basic.

Username: Korius_Lambent

I remember my greatest moment in multiplayer. I was in the prison level at night, forgot the name, and I got my mortar team ks. the other team had a chopper gunner in the air. I use my motar team and by sheer luck, hit the chopper with my mortars and take it down. It was awesome.

Keep the casual games in their own thread. This is strictly for Black Ops. An anyone-can-play-this game like MW and MW2 can be discussed elsewhere. Sorry, but this thread is mainly and dedicated to the discussion and boasting of Black Ops.

PAH! This isn't the thread for this so I won't get into the argument, but man do I want to say something to that comment!

I never cared for shotties. Evaaaaar. In most games. I'm a long range person. I tried the Olympia and did really good. Threw down my Motion sensor and camped a room that was the center of the map. Got like...17 or 18 kills without dying. I wanna say I got 36, but I think that was Halo back in the day. >>

I eventually evolved into a spas whore, runnin' and gunnin' through rooms, generally throwing caution to the wind. Out of bullets? No problem. I switched to my ballistic knife and tomahawk. Good times...

nice cuddles. i never went to a spas whore, to be perfectly honest. i skipped from olympia straight to the stakeout for kicking major ass. even in core modes, it's 1 shot kill. mix that with some specific perks (slight of hand *ahem*) reload's pretty much instantaneous, so it makes for a fast gun in its own right. but if you're a hardcore, skill-based player, stake out is a good way to get multi-kills because of its range and power.

I honestly avoided the stakeout...I figured the pump action would slow me down. I saw I was a bit wrong when facing the barrel of it down many a time, but was like "meeeeeeeeeeeeh, he got lucky!"

well, the stakeout's not easy to use right off hand. I actually didn't make it a regular weapon until prestige 15, to be honest. I now kinda regret not doing it more often before. only in the first prestige and prestige 5, did i ever even purchase that gun before, and i couldn't use it. in prestige 15, i decided to dick around and explore all the weapons, and it became my new best friend.

Meh..I play it casually it's just a game I play out of boredom.and after work(8-5 Mon-Fri) when I just wanna play a game

but if you really need to know:

Prestige 5:

not sure on how many days/hours played....don't really care.

K/D: again don't care

Fave gun...Commando or Aug.

it's a game....lol nothing to take serious.

and IMO people either have hacked or just have no life if their prestige 15 already....

it also seems that each prestige you go through seems to go by a bit faster then the previous one....like I just prestiged for the 5th time and in a couple weeks i'm almost ready to prestige  to my 6th

and I play mostly TDM

and i'm not in a "clan" as they're pointless

I play this for fun and I jsut hate people that take this game way too seriously....especially the higher prestige guys (10-15prestige) that quit because their team is losing so that their k/d w/l ratio doesn't decrease...Lol or they have to camp  to get kills because they can't run around the map and get kills....camping = no skill involved

or the people that go prone as they're shooting you...really? 80% of the time that never works.

I may take the game seriously, since its the first hardcore shooter in god knows how long, but i don't rage when i'm on a team that sucks. even when i join a game that the other team's spawn-locked us, I can get out of it pretty easily and screw the other team over on kills.
