I'm currently trying to design my own footpaw pattern. Unfortunently, thus far I've found only one in existance to reference. Does anyone have any sites with good patterns? I'm not trying to take anyone's, merely to look at others and get some ideas about what to do for my own. It's for a canine foot, although I'm unsure which sort of canine exactly yet. I'd really appreciate any help I can get.

? why would you need to take someone else's pattern? put the foam on the shoe or slipper that you're using, and when it's done make your own pattern by using clingfilm and then duct tape on top of the clingfilm. the clingfilm prevents the duct tape from sticking to the foam.
Draw how you want to cut it out (where each piece of fur will be), and cut. there, pattern made.

I'm having a lot of trouble getting the paws how I want them. I understand that it should be that simple, but it just hasn't worked for me. Hence why I just was wondering if anyone knew any sites that had patterns available so I can look at them. The toe shape and spacing is really difficult for me.

draw a side and bottom view of what you want the final result to look like... in actual dimensions :) draw that full sized, and then shape the blocks to fit those drawn patterns :)
