the sounds of wet soil squished softly underneath Phoenix's boots as she ventured down a cave barely taller than her 5'9 structure. Naala, her earth dragon followed her as her deep green eyes looked around the soil, it smelled foul, like rotting flesh, she whimpered at Phoenix who suddenly stopped as a hot gust of wind blew in their direction, Phoenix crouched low as she crept closer to the opening...a huge cave was there, a horse sized soil seether curled up while her babies played with her ears, Phoenix smiled softly "would you look at that Naala... another litter, her third so far" Phoenix dared not go any closer, though Dragon's sensed who was keeper and who was not, it wasn't wise to get close to a mom with new born babies. Phoenix turned around and moved out of the Cave, back on the road again...the cool Autumn air brushed through her cloak as she walked down the grassy trail, Naala at her heel "tonight is the Blue moon Naala...I get to see my brothers again" Phoenix skipped happily as she made her way to the special spot that was only a few hours walk.

*Basil sifted through a book on his table* "Dammit I'm running out of time, where is that page I'm looking for?!" *He flipped through pages rapidly on the table and then finally caught a sketched image towards the middle of the ancient textbook on his desk showing a sundial headed towards a picture of a full moon, emanating with a blue hue around its edges* "My preliminary assumptions were correct, tonight is the Blue Moon." *He looked up to his ice dragon companion laying on the edge of his desk* "Come Whisper, we have much footwork to make, we only have till nightfall to make it to the one Autumn Event." *The dragon looked up uninterested and stretched its wings, hopping onto the floor and heading for the door* "I gotta get my coat first, we don't all have scales like you!" *The ice dragon roared at her slow associate and stared at Basil until he was ready to go*
"You don't have to look at me like that! Let's just go." *He carried his bag of tools out the door and off he went, with Whisper taking her place perching on his shoulder* "We should get there before the moon makes a full appearance if we make haste."
-
Farnahm sat in his Trailer with Griswold, his bronze dragon, at his side. The circus was closed today due to rain so he had nothing to do. Rocking back and forth in his chair, he checked his staff for the time. "5 hours till the meeting. What do you think, should we go now or arrive now?" He chuckled to himself as he thought of appearing beside everyone at the exact instant of the risen moon. Griswold yawned at nipped at his clothes. He wanted to go now. "Allright, we'll go now. Lemme get my cloak." Donning his traveler's cloak and grabbing his clock staff, he opened the door, letting Griswold out first and locking the door behind them both. They started to make their way towards the meeting spot they went to every 20 years. "One of these times I'm gonna make a grand entrance, just you wait."

jack jumped back, a serated metal bar swinging centimeters from his face, level with his eyes, passing in what seemed to be slow motion, the chearing crowd nothing but a blur outside the barb-wire cage. the tiger he was up against was twice his size, it raised the bar over it's head ready for another clumsy swing. jack droped, rolling forward between the tigers legs and grabbed pair of blunt two foot polls out of the air as they were thrown over the two meter walls of bark-wire that made the cage. instantly thousands of images ran through his mind as he turned with an evil smirk towards his aponant....
in minutes the fight was over. jack walked out of the werehouse counting a large roll of his winnings. shade jumped down next to him smiling. "another win." shade looked at him with his head tilted, jack reached up to his head and wiped away some of his own blood from where the bar the tiger had had sliced open his cheak. "don't worry, i'll be fine. now come on, don't want to be late like last blue moon do we?"
-
Kordin looked around the forest with his right eye closed as he finished cleaning his blade. Gris was eating his usual dinner of bandits and highwaymen, the blood temporarily staining his white snout. Not a word is shared between them, as their long companionship had made their signals so subtle that one might assume the two think as one. Gris caught up to Kordin, his hips and tail swaying like a pet dog as he kept pace with his guardian.
When they reached a chasm or river, Gris' eyes would illuminate and a bridge of multi-spectrum light would allow them to cross what was previously impassable to all but the birds, and most agile. He was thankful his gift was the Eye, as his memory would have been gone by now as he knew every pathway that one could take to reach the sundial...
-
Phoenix arrived at the Sun dial first... she wiped away the dirt to reveal the ancient Dragon text long forgotten...only to be known to the Dragon Keepers. placing her hand above her symbol, her back started to tingle as her mark recognized the power within the sundial. Naala whined and rubbed against her leg, sensing the ancient energy in the sundial
"soon Naala...very soon"
-
*Basil trudged through mud and thick branches* "Dammit it had to be Autumn of all the times of the year." *Whisper whacked his ear with a wing and growled* "I'm being critical, this is no different than any other time. We've been walking through these trees for about an hour and I still haven't seen hide nor hair of this enchanted sun dial. I hope you know where you're going! I can barely see the ground in front of me." *Whisper swiftly nibbled at his ear* "Such a mean dragon!" *His ice companion grinned, urging him to continue forward where the trees seemed to part and the back of a girl came into view with another dragon companion* "This is probably the place... from the looks of it that's probably Phoenix. The only human female dragon keeper according to records. The other dragon keepers are probably not too far behind." *He made his presence known by making noise as he approached through the trees to make sure she knew he was coming behind her* "It's nice to meet you Phoenix."
-
Farnahm made his way through the trees, following behind Griswold. "I don't remember the sundial being in the middle of all this mud." Griswold payed no mind to his whining and kept going until they made it out and into the clearing. He saw Basil and Pheonix had already made it. "Guess I'm a little late huh?" He laughed as he approached his spot on the dial. He gave his staff to Griswold to hold while he placed his hand on his symbol.
-
jack trudged through the mud towards the sun-dial, shade right next to him. "hope we're not early." shade looked at him blankly. "or to late. i don't see why you look forward to these meetings so much." the two made it to the clearing and noticed the others. "hey everyone, i made it on time this year." he said blankly walking over and finding his symbol. his sword now on his back and a bandage covering the three inch slice in his cheak. "i miss anything in the last twenty years?"
-
Kordin arrived late, his arrival followed by Gris dragging a corpse through the bushes. "I understand that my gift is 'The Eye' and all, but am I really the only person who actually bothers to check for scouts? So far I've taken out three patrols that are within three hours of here, and disposed of their bodies. Gris here, just caught someone who was on their way here."
After some silence, he smiled. "So, how has life treated you since the last blue moon?"
-
"Charming...don't you remember the protection I put around this place" Phoenix replied playfully, Naala smelled Gris, the only patch of hair on her back on end..checking to see if it was the right Gris. Only smelling the blood she let out her metallic, ear splitting screech, and swipped, almost getting Gris.
"NAALA!" Phoenix yelled, like a cat she hiss and growled before before coming back to her side "shhheesh"
-
"The Autumn Moon tome I was reading about this event didn't really say what we're supposed to do... so I guess we just wait for the Moon to reach optimal level?" *He turned to see the new arrivals Farnahm, Jack, and Kordin approach as well, looking at them quizzically* "So the whole group is here, that means whatever is supposed to occur should happen real soon. Don't know if these things work based upon pre-determined fate or just schedule." *Whisper remained silent, watching the moon and not really paying mind to her dragon kin or companions; Basil glanced at her to see what she was doing* "She seems quite interested in what's going to happen next, I bet this is going to be worth a note or two into one of my books. Normally I would expect her to growl at other people as per usual." *Whisper glared at him for a moment then turned back up to the forming moon* "Damn, I think she can read my mind."
-
Farnahm watched as the 2 dragons interacted. He eyed Griswold as if to ask him if he wanted to join. Griswold merely looked back and sat at attention. "One of these days you're gonna have to relax a bit Griswold. Life's too short even for a dragon." Keeping his hand on the dial, he looked up towards the moon. "Shouldn't be long now before its time."
-
jaxk looked over at shade who was watching the two smaller dragons. "play nice. no blood." shade gave him a 'i know what i'm doing' look and crawled over with his belly scraping the ground.
-
Kordin was actually poised to 'capture' Naala as she attempted to attack Gris, but stopped when Phoenix spoke up. "Your barrier fails to dispose of the scouts, only limits their access. They will find a way in if they get enough information. I usually don't mind, but since you do have control over the elements, I'd expect a barrier trap or even an explosion upon contact."
-
Phoenix ignored Kordin as she closed her eyes and the middle of the sun dial opened to reveal seven spheres, the moon was full and glowing blue. teal lights traveled in patterns up her arm, above a force field began to form, more powerful than the one before, the light traveled to her back, revealing her tattoo that hid under her clothes, she opened her eyes to reveal the teal glow, "The army of Shadows is coming, approaching from the south, it is up to you to fight them, protect the soul stones...you are fighting once again, like a team you were once in you past life...good luck" the light had vanished and Phoenix was back to normal, she hated being possessed. the force field returned to her body, Naala licked her hand in concern "Time for our quest of a life time"
-
*The wolf scribbled as fast as he could in a notebook and then looked up to notice the symbol and the teal eyes upon Phoenix along with a change of tone in the vocal cords* "Army of Shadows eh? South... hmm I wonder territories, do they have a home base, or is it scattered locations? Where did these shadows come from? Who is the leader, chain of command, how are they created, is there a hidden mastermind behind it all? The soul stones apparently either negate the effects of these shadow creatures as it would seem the best other reason is that it's the only reason keeping us from being covered in a shadow army." *Basil looked puzzled as Phoenix returned to normal* "I wonder who the spirit originally was, perhaps a priest or mythical creature?"
-
Farnahm listened to Basil ramble about the army of shadows. "You know most people would think to themselves instead of out loud to everyone." He chuckled softly as he motioned towards Griswold, who handed him back his staff and went back to attention. Taking the staff back, he opened up the headpiece and changed the date and time tiles he installed to now. "Better to remember this exact time, just in case. So whats the plan? Where do we start?" He looked at Pheonix, awaiting her answer.
-
"sounds like this is going to be a pain." jack sighed looking over at phoenix "so what now? we suposed to take out an entire army of just its comander and anyone that gets in our way?" he grined holding his grasscutter and sheath in his hand and examimning the craftmanship of it's foot long handle for the thousandth time since he 'aquired' it.
-
Kordin looked questioningly at Phoenix as her possession made her speak. At the end, his look was still the same, but he was now frowning. "Lifetime better not be based on perspective, I didn't stay alive for thousands of years to just kill a few fallen soldiers..."
-
"we need to stop the army before the Migration of the Heddrien Black dragons, the Ocean Serpents and the Red Riddians, if they go south they will be slaughtered for their soul stones..." her job as traveler is to keep track of all the dragon breeds that exist and or going extinct. "if they travel east, they will find the few survivors of the Golden Harth... the only female just had her first litter...the Golden Harth's have the most powerful Soul Stones in the world, I have a feeling they will be looking for them"
-
"Then we have to go to the East first or we have to split up. I have no idea what happens if the shadow creatures get ahold of the soul stones, but obviously we're not supposed to find out. Anyways..." *The wolf flipped through his aforementioned ancient tome about the Autumn event while Whisper rolled her eyes* "Do these shadow creatures have a name? Or at least some known weaknesses? I mean we're fighting blindly here against something we know nothing about with no previous training. Pure dependence on this past life tomfoolery." *Whisper suddenly bit his neck quite swiftly, staring him down* "Dammit that hurt!...Okay fine I won't doubt the spirit, but I don't like not knowing about the situation."
-
"Well if we split up, and can't handle this army on our own, how will we call for help? I can't stop every event from happening so I think we should stay together for now." He looked back at Pheonix. "Unless our fearless leader has another idea." He bowed elegantly as he spoke, raising his arms from his side.
-
jack listened to wolf's chater and smirked when he heard him talk about fighting blindly. "wouldn't be my first time." he said quietly, unsure if any of them acctualy knew what he did for work. "i agree, dispite how much i hate to, i think we should try to stay close together this time. wouldn't want any of you dieing in combat." he put down his sword on the sun-dial, one of the spider shaped tattoo's that covered the back of his hands clearly visable to the group as he layed his hand next to the nearly seven foot sheath and handle. "so what's the plan going to be pheonix?"
-
Kordin had already started walking away, and stopped just before he would be covered by the forest growth. "While the rest of you debate the next course of action, I'm going to go south. Go help the golden dragons, you'll only hold me back." He then turned around and went back out of the barrier, Gris following close behind...
-
Phoenix was greatly irritated by Korbin and she looked back the others "while he gets himself killed, we will follow instruction an-" suddenly a wind the blew in her face stopped her, her eyes wide and face pale, she knew that scent...dragons. Naala looked up at her, looking at the group, she shouted "come on!" as she bolted into a run, running past Korbin and onto a deer path, Naala at her heels as they run through the thick forest, coming into a clearing, she came to a cliff, the dragons above were landing to rest, she knew running would startle them so she walked, the leader dragon noticed, his red scales became vibrant as he readied himself to fight.
"Be at Peace...it is I..." she used her Dragon name " Renalla Hare'nank' the dragon relaxed slightly what is it you want...Dragon Keeper
-
"We just finally stopped and now we're running again, oh well." *He ran along behind the other group members with Whisper wrapping her tail around his neck lightly so she wouldn't fall off* "You know I think you're sometimes lazy too!" *The dragon pecked at his ear playfully* "Well at least she didn't draw blood this time." *Shortly after he looked upon the dragons that had flown over and the ones laying about at a cliff* "Oh jeez, well hopefully with our dragon keeper statuses we won't be attacked since it would just be the dragons shooting themselves in the paws." *Basil eyed Phoenix when she came forward to the alpha male with another name* "The dragon name it would be, even those aren't written down. So that's what it was..." *He wrote Renalla Hare'nank' in his notebook*
-
"All right! Let's go!" Farnahm sprinted along side the others with Griswold hot at his heels. He never liked sitting around for too long of a time, so getting some running in felt great. When the reached the dragons, he slowed down and whispered to Griswold. "Stay back and let Pheonix handle this. Be ready to help if need be." Farnahm gripped his staff as Griswold lay down at his side, closely watching the dragons, ready to help the others if the situation turned sour.
-
"great, more fun." jack sighed grabbing his grasscutter as the others rn off ahead. he ran after them grabbing his side. "damn brocken ribs!" shade nudged him'lightly', almost knocking him over, before staring at him with a blank stare. " i know it was my foult but that doesn't mean i can't complain about it." shade shock his head and picking up speed.
once they both caught up to the others they both looked around at the larger draagons. "hay shade, these beasts put you to shame." shade just walked away to sulk over near Farnahm and Griswold. "sook....."
-
Korbin payed little attention to Gris as he kept pace with his caretaker. However, when they reached a cliff, Korbin immediately turned to the exact angle that Gris was positioned from him. His dragon smiled, bounding off the ledge and growing six to eight times its original size as Korbin landed on top and rode Gris to where the Shadow army was coming from.
-
Phoenix told the alpha of the dreaded news to come, she ground her teeth as Korbin and Gris flew ahead. If we do not go south for the winter, our young ones will die! "they will die anyways if you do go south, and so will my comrade who just flew over, the over confidant buffoon will get himself killed! you must go southeast, it will be a little warmer and safer"
southeast is enemy territory he snarled, the alpha female came up, three yearlings at her feet, there were no older than three weeks Please Ma'hal...listen to her, she is trying to protect us, that it her job...as the shield bearer its her duty to protect the yearlings hid under their mother, the alpha male sighed only this once, we will go southeast...for the sake of my children, the leader of the Herridans is not as understanding as I am
"I know...go, before its too late"
they too off, red flashes of wings...
as Korbin flew, the spirited entered his mind, screaming her voice into him, inflicting pain. KORBIN YOU HAVE NOT HEADED MY WORD AND INSTEAD WENT WITHOUT YOUR COMRADES, I TOLD YOU TO WORK TOGETHER, AS WARNING I BRING YOU THIS!!!!
and with that, a persistent and dangerous storm formed above them, a violent wind began to form over the pair as teal lightning flashed.
Phoenix turned to return back to her group with a heavy sigh "looks like our memory keeper has gone on a suicide mission...we have no idea what we are up against" Turning to Basil and Farnahm "do you have any record?"
-
"Foolish dragons, hey don't even think about it. Even the sky didn't agree with that Korbin fellow." *Basil said as he looked at Whisper who looked more concerned about the departing dragon kin then turned to Phoenix was far done with dealing with the dragons* "This might be the last time to see those dragons, there might not be a second chance when going against the will of the prophecy... But as far as what were up against I have no records as I was saying earlier shortly after your possession. The records from when this happened before might have easily been destroyed by what were up against to make it harder to fight the shadows. I say we'll have to just do it the trial and error way since nothing else seems apparent at the moment."
-
"In all my years, I've never had to fight against any shadow army either." He checked his staff for the time. "I couldn't go back to the time when they were here last anyway. Too many variables and if this thing is as powerful as the prophecy claims, it could kill me before I can get back. And that would just put a damper on my whole evening." He pouted slightly as Griswold bit his leg. "OW! Jeesus, okay! Sorry. Seriously though, Its too risky for me to travel back. I'll follow anyone else's idea if they have any." Farnahm rubbed his ankle where Griswold bit him, giving him a sour look. Griswold merely sat and looked at Pheonix.
-
jack sighed again and watched the dragons fly off. "i'm open to ideas. point me in the right direction and i'll do my best." he cracked his knucles and neck, shade walking over and standing next to him confidently. he looked over to farnahm and thought for a moment. "do you think you could take someone woth you if you went back? if so, i know someone crazy enough and skilled enough to go with you and hopefully get you back in one peice.....take me with you."
-
(Chrono Skipped)
"now is not the time to be wasting is arguing, there is bound to be some sort of text..." she then had an idea "the historic city of Era'thral is only several hours away, they have the biggest library in the world" she smiled "come on lets move out"
-
"Now we're talking, I love my readings! I have actually been there once, but that was a few decades ago. Hopefully there's also some sort of section either hidden or I don't know about, because I have read a great deal of what is easily available. Hopefully the owners had been less resistant with me since after all a Dragon Keeper is just another helper to prevent apocalyptic ends. Let's find us some books." *Whisper looked bored quickly, her eyes half closed and wishing things had gone directly to battle instead*
-
"As you wish, your highness." Farnahm chuckled as he skipped along like a court jester. "As for your inquiry Jack, bringing someone back and forth with me is possible, but requires more concentration, and ironically, more time to do so. Such would be impractical to our needs. The library it is." Griswold trotted along at Pheonix's side, trying to distance him from Farnahm's less than serious attitude as much as possible.
-
the word 'libuary' rolled around in jack's skull for a second before he reacted, "you could just leave me there and come get me after this trip to the worlds largest sleep factory...." he said walking behind the rest of the group, sulking that he now had to go to the one place he never saw himself going again. "i still remmber the last time i was in a libuary....that was fun...but i know this isn't going to be like that."
-
Korbin looked up at the sky as it darkened, which contrasted with his sudden smiling. "Working together doesn't always mean we'll be within ear-shot. Come on Gris, we've gone through worse!" His dragon nodded, and flapped its wings to get a small boost out of the wind tunnel.
-
The Empress of the Sky, she sighed in annoyance "be careful my beloved children...Protect your baby sister my sons...for she is your protection not your leader
"were almost there guys!" Phoenix said happily, Naala was trying to play a game of tag with her dragon companions
-
"I'm not really in a rush..." *Whisper kicked Basil with one of her feet as she flew away to incite some encouragement* "Oh you little wretch, come back here!" *The wolf chased after the escaping ice dragon, running past Naala and growling at the same time* "You're not getting away with that this time, I'm your master!" *Whisper spit her tongue out at him and flew circles just out of his reach*
-
Farnahm laughed at Whisper's antics as they made their way to the library. He heard the voice in the sky telling him to watch over his baby sister. He stopped skipping and slowed to a normal walk to look at Pheonix. "As you wish. She shall not be harmed." He sighed as he looked on ahead. He didn't especially like being serious, but figured this was important enough to be serious. Meanwhile, Griswold ignored Naala's attempts to get him to play with her, merely trotting alongside Pheonix. Farnahm noticed this and grew slightly irritated. "Griswold! Stop being such a stick in the mud and play with her! I'll tie ribbons around you if you don't, you know I can!" He pointed his staff at Griswold, who reluctantly started to chase Naala to try and tag her.
-
jack just kept walking, he tilted his head to the sky when he heard the voice of the empress of the sky and sighed. "as you wish." soon after he began to reminis about the last time he had been to a libuary.his jaw almost instantly started to hurt, not as bad as that night, but still bad. it had been that night that he had discovered his gift, his first fight and his first win. he had spent the next few nights in hospital.....the the next few weeks in jail with five counts of exesive force in self defence.....
-
Korbin nodded, but still kept his air of faux arrogance. "Empress, care to explain what this army of darkness is composed of? If we're going to end up fighting them, I want to at least know what is their weaknesses and strengths. My memory of them is only based on the trauma of the previous owner of the Memory, and none of it was any helpful."
-
"your memory holds all the answers my son, join your brothers and sister and guide them through, they need you help or none of you will succeed, My son, I know you are brave and true, but also patients is the key..."
-
*Whisper and Basil stopped when they finally got to the entrance of the library upon the city and turned around to Emrelda and Korbin* "Hey, are we going in or what? We don't have all that much time for patience at the moment, we practically have the army of shadows biting at our heels and as we speak they could be coming this way in any form to stop up from getting this information, so I suggest we don't dilly dally around for any second longer as every second at this point could count." *Whisper landed on his shoulder blinking in surprise at his gruffness and he opened the large double doors, walking inside and looking around, only seeing a receptionist at the center indexing table in an expansive room with bookcases and books all along the walls, with several stories of tomes and works* "They are practically calling to me... okay let's deal with this person. They should know where all the books are kept."
*Basil approached the receptionist quietly and as she looked up he asked a question* "Where might I find books about the Prophecy? And if you don't know where that is, I'm going to have to ask that question again with 'Where might a dragon keeper like me and his dragon keeper party with a limited amount of time and an endangered world find your books about the Prophecy?' does that make it clear enough for you?"
-
When they entered the library, Griswold returned to Farnahm's side. He listened as Basil interrogated the receptionist. He chuckled as he gripped his staff lightly. "Cool your heels Basil. I've got a better idea." Taking his staff in both hands, he lightly tapped it on the ground, and in an instant, Basil found a piece of string tied around his hand winding through the library. Using his dominance over time, Farnahm and Griswold had found the book they were looking for in an instant. An old tome in the very rear of the library. He tugged on the string, signaling the group to follow and find it.
-
jack watched the 'interogation' silently, unsure if he should interfear or not when farnham spoke up. he noticed the peice of string a moment later but didn't think mush off it, other then it meant less time here searching. he waited to see if any of the others were going to follow the string before doing so himself.
-
Korbin growled under his breath, then tapped Gris on the bottom of his neck. "Change of plans..." Gris frowned for a second, then turned towards the city he expected them to show up at. Patience is hard to keep after two-thousand years of playing defense.
-
Phoenix walked amongst the books and scrolls, some were more dusty than others, Naala sniffed places, Phoenix came across room with a more advanced, calender, much like the sun dial. she noticed another room, walking past the calendar, she came across a fire lit room with large scroll, some bigger than she. she careful searched, they were very, very old. she gasped when she came across one with her symbol, the dragon tattoo that decorated her whole back and shoulders. Naala and Phoenix worked together as they pulled the giant scroll from its place. nearly falling over, a heavy cloud of dust made both Naala and Phoenix cough as they brought the huge scroll to the huge table. untying the leather that held it together, she rolled it out. she watched as the paper rolled smoothly and stopped at the end of the table, Naala stood on her hind legs, putting her front paws on the table so she could see. Phoenix looked at it...a language she did not recognize, but in the center of the scroll was a beautiful drawing of an unfamiliar looking dragon, it was long, snake like, it was colored an Emerald green, it had black fur along its back and had black antlers. in small print under it, it said 'Shinseragosa' in the common language, it meant 'Green Lady'
"I have never seen a dragon like this before... don't you agree Naala?" she looked at her, Naala grunted in agreement. Phoenix went back to the shelf to find ones for her brothers, she did...but they were way to high up on a high shelf. but she found another scroll that looked promising, another drawing...but of a Shadow like creature, under it a black army, only a sentence was said 'He shall return'
"HEY YOU GUYS!" Phoenix shouted
-
*The wolf stopped short in his tracks from berating the clerk at the front desk and moved over to where Phoenix and Naala looking at old tomes* "Excellent, you have found the books we're looking for. If you don't mind I would like to sift through that shadow army book... judging from the title I think it's safe to say that there is indeed a mastermind behind the invasion and this will be our clue to find out who and perhaps if we're lucky. Their motives as well; in every crime there is a reason."
-
At the sound of Pheonix's voice calling to him, Farnahm grew confused. He thought he had the book they were looking for. He turned his head down the aisle to see that he was in the fiction section. He groaned as he put the book back and stomped his staff on the ground once more to time travel to where Pheonix was. As they appeared suddenly to the group, Griswold headbutted Farnahm. "Ow! What'd you do that for? It's not like that town 40 years ago, sheesh." He looked over at the scroll that they had placed on the table. He couldn't read the print on it, but found the dragon drawing remarkable. As Basil mentioned wanting to sift through the army book, Farnahm grew curious of what else was here. "That's a mighty interesting scroll Pheonix, but are there any others we should read? You are the leader after all."
-
jack smirked a little seeing farnahm's reaction. "and i thought this trip was going to be boring. he walked to where heonix was, ariving last he ended up looking up at the shelves rather than the two open scrolls. what he saw startled him a bit before he spoke up. "would those be what your looking for?" he called pointing up to the four remaining scrolls with the groups symbols. shade climbed up to where the four scrolls were placed then looked at the group as if waiting to be told to grab them down.
