Title: An idea. Need advice!

Okay! So what happens is i have this idea. Its sort of an 'alternate-earth' where technology is very far advanced. A hundred years prior to the story a 'monster' was created and it almost devoured the world. Thought destroyed, the world returned to normal when it felt safe. However, the shapeshifting creation was simply residing deep underground conserving its energy...and now it is about to make its move!
Thats really the core of the story. The rest revolves around the players! I want to see how intricate this could get, you know? Like maybe someonme has a character that was partially responsible for the creation!
Anyways i want to make this an rp where anything is possible. And expect action! Lots of it!...anyone like?

I would be intrested in playing a hand at being a repentant individual involved in the creation of such a monster.
