Title: Military Furs

Fly_Boy made me curious as to how many furs in here are potential, current, or ex military? Maybe even just spouses or dependant?

So post with any info you feel comfortable sharing (i.g. what branch? years served?)

And chat with other military furs, and furs that are potential military (or not) can ask questions here!

Please keep comments polite, just because you may be anti-military doesn't mean your fellow fur is...

my mum works with the australian navy, and i plan on joining up at the begining of next year. only as a chef on one of the ships but is something.

Woot! I inspired a thread!

I'm only in high school but I'm in NJROTC and CAP (http://www.gocivilairpatrol.com/ (http://)) as a Cadet Chief Petty Officer and Cadet 1st. Lieutenant respectively.

I hope to get into the United States Air Force Academy and if not that, Air Force ROTC.

I'd be happy to see the rest of military furs around here  :D

Was 1st Lieutenant in AFJROTC and plan to enlist in the USMC

All males in my immediate family have been in the military for the entire century. (dad-both gpas-gpas after...)
^this is not reason for enlistment btw...

My dad is retired air force. He put in 22 years. But its not something I would ever do. He never seemed happy with his job at all.
