Title: cant delete computer file

i have some old files on my computer, i deleted some of them put theirs one that cant be deleted. when i try to delete it, the computer says it is protected or the disk space is full. what do i do ?

Where are the files you are trying to delete? My Documents or something?

Well, what files are you trying to delete? And what file format..
Where they are located can as well be good to know...

Clearing the recycle bin might as well fix the problem, not likely but possible.

there mp3 music files that i allready made a back up of there in my downloads in the c drive

If you have them open in a media player or something, that may be stopping them from being deleted. Not sure, but it does happen o-o

Another thing would be to try FileAssassin by Malwarebytes, it's made for deleting locked malware-infected files, but it can be worth a try...
