Unless the original creator tells us whether or not she likes anthropomorphism we shall never know :P

Or if you meant to ask if she is an anthropomorphic character or not, I would say yes; she does have some cat characteristics, even though she is mostly human.

In the episode of "Tyger, Tyger," in the Batman Animated series by WB, Selina told Tygrus that she couldn't remain a cat person with him and that she wanted to be turned back into a human because that what she is. I think she just really likes cats, but unless there's a comic or something else that states it, I wouldn't know otherwise if she's a fur. But in her case does it even matter in her extent, since she already has her specialized cat/thief outfit and other cat accessories. She might not be a fur but she sure acts as purr...fectly cat like as humanly possible. I felt bad for Tygrus though, and he was such a good handsome kitty too. :'(

 :| I'm not sure but since he is a billionaire, he can be whatever he wants to be if he puts his money towards it. Man-Bat, on the other hand, now there be a fur if I ever saw one, and that whole the bat is taking me over was bs cuz the guy was experimenting on himself to begin with. And the werewolf athlete dude who fought batman cuz he wanted to gain the abilities of a super wolf. Penguin is also I big possible fur but who could tell.

 :/ Actually Penguin was never sent to Arkham or declared crazy cuz he's just a criminal who likes stealing things relating to birds. But he sure is a weird person, if there ever was one of the like.
