oh my sounds lovely ^^ :P
-
off the top of my head the ingredients were=
2 eggs, milk, butter, ginger, thyme, basil, mix herbs, beanut butter, rosemary, mint, salt, pepper, chicken salt, 'garlic, cumin & chili', finely crushed garlic, australian mustard and cheese served on toast. or if you want some thing different add some chinese braising sauce, sweet soy sauce and a pack of cooked mi goreng noodles with its standard sauces served in a bowl. just tweak the recipy as you wish and try these i would love for you to tell me what you think. but be honest, i don't care if you don't like them, it just means i have to work harder for next time. ;)

Here's one that I really like making, and it's very simple. I call it "White broth", for the ingredients you will need: a cup of sour cream (or 1.5dl), around 250g of broccoli (frozen is ok if you don't have it fresh), two small onions, a tablespoon of cooking oil (or so), a tablespoon of flour, around 250g of chicken breast meat (optional), some water, fresh chopped basil leaf, a pinch of rosemary, a teaspoon of salt.
You prepare it like this:
You will have to prepare it in two separate pots, a bigger one (it holds about 2-4l) and a smaller one (around half a liter).
Take the larger pot and put the cooking oil in it, and put it on the stow to heat it up (medium heat). While you're doing that, chop one onion up finely, and when the oil is hot enough, put it in the larger pot. Let the onion simmer for a little while, and then stir frequently. When the onion changes color to light brownish, add the meat and stir. After that add the basil, the salt and rosemary. Stir until the meat turns whitish (when it cooks for a bit). After a little while (about 3-5 Min's depending on type of meat), add the broccoli and stir for about 3 Min's. After that, add the water and let it simmer on lower heat. Let it cook until the broccoli is about ready, occasionally adding a little water to keep it from drying out. Okay, now when that's about finished, time for the smaller pot.
You take the smaller pot and prepare it like the bigger one (heat up the oil, then add the onion). When the onion is done, add the flour and stir until you get a pasty mass (but don't let it burn). When that's done, add a little more water to the bigger pot, and then pour the mass (from the smaller pot) into the larger pot and stir. Were now done with the smaller pot; after that, put the sour cream into the whole mix and stir until you get a homogeneous mass. Take off the stow and voila! Your yummy broth is ready! :)
Keep in mind that I'm using a electric stow, and the heat settings are limited. If you're using a gas cooker (which is more likely) adjust the heat accordingly. Feel free to add more salt, to your own taste. This dish goes well with Parmesan cheese.
Well that's it, lemme know if you made it, and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask! If you liked this one, I have lots more, and will be posting them soon.

I love Crab Pie, here's how to make a great one:
Ingredients:
7 1/2 oz. crab meat (tuna if you don't like/cant have crab)
1 c. finely chopped celery
2 tbsp. grated onion
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Unbaked pie shell
Combine crab meat, celery, salt, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, eggs and all but 2 tablespoons bread crumbs. Mix lightly. Turn into unbaked pie shell, sprinkle with reserved crumbs and Cheddar cheese. Bake 25 minutes, or until firm and brown. Should be golden brown and fluffy.

Ingrediants: Top ramen, cooked with one slice of american cheese in the pan, then fry an egg and you put it on top. Cumen pepper optional, personally I think its great and cheap, not to mention quick :D
Its either that or two slices of bread sandwiched over an ungodly amount of nutella. Guess how its made xD
