Shrub looks at an old scroll, it has been beaten down with time, and torn from being handed off some many times, most of the words are illegible or just totally out dated. He has little interest in old philosophy or old text, there was one thing that interested him on this broken down little paper, and that was the forbidden techniques that the orbs were never allowed to be used for. "To bring the dead back..." he read put loud, "you must take a piece of there remains fuses it with the orb and..", he could feel his heart start to race as he looked at the final line. He rolled up the scroll tied it to his waist line and began to walk again, he was heading to the closest demon 'friendly' town, the town of Tristram.
As the young demon arrives at the city, his child like mind can't help but take over, he gazes at the large city, the three story buildings of bamboo made. The large market of all kinds of meals, demons and humans living peacefully along side each other..; 'mama would like this...' he thought to him self walking forward looking down avoiding eye contact. He ran into something cold and felt like metal, when he looked up he saw it was a Ostagarian. Shrub knew little about demons but every one knew about the Ostagarians, the big, strong, and most of all there hard to kill. Shrub grabs his staff just in case the creature attacks, but he hears laughter, a loud, deep, booming laughter.
"Ha ha, child I'm sure that hurt you more then it hurt me, most people say excuse me, but I take it your not most people? Welcome to my shop how might I help you" Shrub rubbed his head looking at the creature.
"Sorry... sir? I don't have any coins, I was wondering if you knew a way a stray such as my self may earn some?"
"I'm sorry child but-"
"I may know a way" a large human in a silk robe said with a devilish smile.
"Thour he is just a kid-" the Ostagarian protested before he was cut off.
"A kid you where about to turn away and make him starve, oh how cruel you are, come child I have an offer I wish to place upon you" shrub looked at the Ostagarian, and then back at the man. The man held his arm out at he turned away, and shrub followed as the man placed his hand on his back.
