(( Ok This is my first RP, i've EVER made so take it easy on me pleaseeeee, post your bios here and if you have some questions or tips please post them here as well ))
By the year 2089, mankind had made its way back from near self-extinction. 50 years earlier, the avarice and greed that had become the mantra of the giant corporations lead to the unleashing of biological, nuclear, and chemical weapons of mass destruction. Scientists managed to create a machine that would fuse these three abominations together into one perfect weapon "Heavens Sorrow" is what they called it. After activating the machine, the resulting cataclysm, known as "The Great Destruction," wiped out 75% of humanity and buried many of the greatest scientific achievements created by man and fur under several feet of ash and clay residue.
Somehow, mankind survived.
But at the cost of spiting the word into three nations, The Alliance, The Ferals, And The Machines, These three nations would be the stepping stone to a new age. For years the nations had lived in peace with each other, trading knowledge, resources, and new Ideas, but this peace between the nations was quickly ended by the idea of more power. Power from the "Old World" as they called it, the machine that destroyed the world can be used to rule it, where there were three, there could be one, everyone under one banner, one nation, one rule!
The leaders of each nation fear the unknown, unknown being what lurks in the shadows of the Old Word, what rouge machine or mutated monster dwells below the surface. The Ferals have a saying "Would You Rather Send 300 Sheep To The Wolves Or 3 Wolves To The Sheep" that being said, the nations were not going to send there armies below the surface, but would hire/build mercenaries. Expendable people who nobody would miss, but would get the job done, and will eliminate other nations merc that might get in the way of there goals
Setting:
The Year is 2139 most of the earth is covered in desert and ruins of the old world, you are a merc working for one of the 3 nations, your on your way to Nu'Casa, a neutral city just out side of the Alliance territory. There you will meet up with the rest of the RPers and a NPC named Turk, the NPC is located in a ally outside of the Shang High Bar. he will fly you to the entrance of the "Old Word". Nu'Casa is a beautiful city where traders come from all over to trade in the cities large market which covers 90% of the city itself. the streets are crowded with people and filled with caravans who are either buying or selling, very few large buildings are in this city besides from the hotels and bars.
Objective:
Get the "Heavens Sorrow" for yourself or your nation, stop anyone who gets in your way. you can partner up with each other but at some point your going to have to betray them.
Nations Pros And Cons:
Each nation has there pros and cons, and a ability that only they have
Machines (Machines & cyborgs Only): In the land of Omega the machines are ruled by a AI computer, known as "Mother". she commands the might of the machines, endlessly working day and night upgrading, learning, making her "children" into better and more efficient killing machines.
Setting:
think "The Matrix" when your trying to imagine what Omega looks like for the machines
Pros:
High powered laser cannons
Fast Computer Hacking
Virus Up Load: can upload a virus into any tech and take it over
Cons:
Very Slow
Little to none agility
can Easily be token out by an EMP grenade
can not use rifles
Special Ability:
Nano Healing, fast healing that can heal parts as long as the brain still works
Cloaking Device
The Ferals (Furs Only): Led by Chief/Tribe Leader Vaan WIldclaw of Fur Utopia, the Ferals live in peace and harmony with nature, living off the land and the sea that surrounds there nation. A safe haven for all who are born there, but certain death to all who venture into there nation.
Setting:
When you trying to imagine what Utopia looks like think Avatar, large jungle like area with tree houses and mutated wild animals.
Pros:
The ability to communicate with any living creature on earth
The ability to tame wild animals or call them for help (please no dragon calling or anything like that)
The ability to mix any wild herbs and berries into a healing potion
Very skilled in martial arts
Cons:
they cant use any sort of tech
they are only allowed to use spears, knives, swords, bow and arrows, crossbows, axes, etc...
Special Ability:
Rage: for a short amount of time they can drastically increase there speed, strength, and all 5 senses.
Pets: please no dragons or big a$$ monsters
The Alliance(human,fur,machine): In the land of Cimerora, Pope Michael The sixth rules with honor and justice both over the nation and the church. The humans here welcome any nation rather it be Furs or Machines into there homes, but they must pledge there allegiance to the pope.
Setting:
think medieval times, with knights walking up and down the streets with poorly built homes
Pros:
The Ability to pick locks
The Ability to use rifles/pistols
The Ability to use spears, knives, swords, bow and arrows, crossbows, axes, etc..
Cons:
Not as strong as the other two races, so they are unable to carry a lot of items (a max of 5 items including weapons)
Cannot use laser cannons
Special Ability:
EMP Grenades and Sleeping Grenades, for both Ferals & Machines (they are sleep/disabled for a small amount of time)
skilled in Gun Fu (is the style of sophisticated close-quarters gunplay. The focus of gun fu is style, and the usage of firearms in ways that they were not designed to be used. Shooting a gun from each hand, shots from behind the back, as well as the use of guns as melee weapons are all common. Rules:

2.)There are No Magic Powers in this RP, Only Tech
3.) Everyone Gets ONE tech power, but Ferals.
4.) Ferals can have up to 3 pets, and only one with a default power (earth,wind, water,fire)
5.) Stay On Track, please don't wonder off from plot of RP

The Pope grants her the right to act as the right hand of god and eliminate anyone or thing that gets in the way of the church. lately she was asked to get "Heavens Sorrow" so the church rule can spread.

Description: shoulder length black hair, vibrant green eyes, 5'11, slender/athletic, hunting scars.
Weapons: twin saber swords, bow/arrows, dagger
Tech Ability: a bracelet she found that can give her a map of where ever she is. (useful)
Items: a medicine bag, books she stole, wooden flute, she owns very little sine she is nomadic...
Personality/History: Diana is a fierce lady. adopted by the chief, became the first human tribal princess ever. she the perfect image of Diana. the Huntress and powerful Warrior. ever since her father died in battle between tribes, her people look to her for guidance. but her jealous adoptive brother exiled her and was no longer welcomed back to her home. that was a year ago. no she lives deep with in the mountains. for her age she is wide, mature, most don't even realize she is twenty. she is rarely seen in the alliance town below. she is smart, clever, patient, sharp, witty, compassionate, fierce,stubborn, courageous, understanding and open minded.
she has three pets. red hailed hawk, a lioness, a black war horse (mare)

Age: Built 2 years ago.
Description: Looks like a skunk feral, but, only was built to look like that to fool the ferals. Purple fur with a white stripe. Wears a black full leather body suit only leaving his arms, hands, feet, tail and head bare. The suit has goldern wiring layed into the leather.
Weapons: Hands become miniguns, and arms can become blasters which aare also used as stablizers in flight. Also EMP wave emitter in his chest.
Tech Ability: Legs become jets to allow him to fly and knockback and minor burns if used on an enemy.
Items: Repair kit and an omnitool.
Personality/History: Seven was built as a prototype to go in and flush out enemy ferals. However, the governement pulled funding on the project. When his master tried to have him destroyed, Seven escaped and is now following his protocols to blend in and try to not be destroyed.

Tech Ability: Can switch between thermal and normal vision at will.
Items: Fuel canister attached to back
Personality/History: DR460N, codename Dragon, was made for jungle warfare. After given artificial intelligence, Dragon used his abilities to burn down several buildings and assassinate several important machines. He is being offered full pardon for his crimes if he can retrieve the ultimate weapon from the old world to Mother.
Hows that? Also, when I saw that the machines ruler was named Mother, I immediately thought of Mom from futurama.

Personality/History: born as the first of three she is the only one that still remembers their mother, she became serious and controlling while raising her younger brothers. the oldest of her brothers left for a while before returning to the group as a member of their merc team

Description: light gray with cloudy white/yellow underbelly and green eyes. gray shorts and a tank top under an open short sleeve shirt along with half-finger gloves

Items: a small modified remote control helicopter, binoculars and a walkie talkie
Personality/History: the last born of the three he was the last thing his mother did, he never fully developed mentally causing him to have split personalities, he never left his sister side unless absolutely necessary due to his primary self being, despite the obvious lacking, a mama's boy.

Description: A new model, One four fingered hand. Hydraulic powered traction feet, made for navigating harsh terrain. Other hand is a laser version of a gatling gun, but on his hand. Broad "shoulders" with a large laser cannon mounted on his right shoulder. Stable/streamline body made to be able to sustain damage. Being one of mother's new creations he is made to kill.
Weapons: Two laser cannons, one small one on arm, and another, much larger shoulder mounted one.

Items: High powered flashlight attached to his chest piece.
History: A newly created machine with a important mission, to retrieve the Heaven's sorrow for mother. As he is newly created the only other thing he has had a relationship with is his sister, Zionna2096. Mother had specifically teamed them up because they were polar opposites.

A very sleek body, made to move faster than others, but is still not quite as fast as the humans or furs. Hydraulic powered, yet maneuverable legs. two strong circular eyes/cameras. Her body is very streamline, yet holds various compartments in her stomach, thigh, and back areas.
Weapons: Two weak arm mounted laser cannons.
Tech ability: with the right parts and tools, she can modify things like vehicles, weapons, or armor.
Items: A advanced repair kit and various replacement parts.
History: Has been alive longer than Xenrath and was paired up with him when he was born, Mother told Zionna that she was mostly made to move as fast as possible, repair Xenrath, and be able to lead him while he simply blasted through everything. She was then programmed with Mechanical skills and knowledge, learning how to repair and modify mechanical beings and things.

Personality/History: Ho'ne has a family, a wife and two children. He is a high class warrior, has been couple of wars. He is very protective, and defends what he believes in. He has volunteer to retrieve Heaven Sorrow believing that it can make life easier for his family as well for his his people.

Description: A tall but slender desert cat with shorter then normal tail. He has white messy head hair but a seemingly well kept coat of fur. He has Green eyes that is outlined line with a blue ring that oddly reflects more light then the green. His left ear bears an earring that can't be removed, and remains permanent.
Weapons: A lightweight and thin medium sword that is serrated at the tip of the blade. It has only one sharp side while the other remains flat till it comes to the point bearing a characteristic of a dagger. The other is a butterfly sword that is as large as a human body and has two blades attached to a handle one on each end and can collapse into one, that is being carried by his pet vulture for when he breaks his main. Blooding; A large vulture that Leo can call down to attack his foes or simply to carry items for him via the bag the avian carries on its back or simply to scout. The bird is not strong enough to carry a full grown person and fly. She can however glide with someone who is being carried by its talons.

Personality/History: Leo is a very laid back, good natured feline. He is clever and patient and normally turns a foes attack against their selves after quickly detecting a few flaws. Oddly, he was exiled from his clan, and forced to wear a permanent earring to show what he was. He later befriended a vulture as he was walking on the verge of death at the heart of the desert who later aided in the cats survival and entrance into the life of an exiled nomad. Seeing how he wouldn't be missed he later volunteered to become a mercenary.

um well this is weird, the first part ended with one of my characters dead, one dieing, and one running towards trouble...can't wait for part two, i might get to set up for the fight i was planing, oh well.
