So, over the past month or so, I've been starting to get Nightly headaches just about every day now. And they range from those little annoying ones, to ones that just make it nearly impossible to compute anything.
Nothing seems to help, either, drugs wise. Tylenol and Ibuprofen don't work at all, and I don't really trust to using anything much stronger. For the smaller ones, rubbing my forehead/temples for awhile usually works, but for the worse ones, not much I can think of doing.
Any ideas what could be causing this or how to fight it??
And, I can say this much now; I visit to the doctor most definitely won't do anything, because all the ones around here are just pill-pushers. Unless you have my doctor. He just prescribes Nasonex DX

I have something like this... Every two or three days I get these migraines. And for that I prescribe Excederin Migraine and a cold Coke (actually, anything with caffine, but I like coke) which works well on all headaches, and you don't need any prescriptions. $5 bucks at your local 7/11 ought to do it.
-
I'm gonna be honest, I've never even been to a 7/11 XD
And, man what I would give for a Coke right now. All I has is Sprite, but that's still pretty good, haha.

I don't think Sprite has caffeine. :P

Already has muh idea bro. jus keep rubbing and try to get more sleep. now, you could also have muh sisters prob and the soda is effecting you head so you may want to find new soda or lay off it for a while

If the headache seems to be based in the temple and behind the eye (usually on one side of the head) then you may suffer from cluster headaches. These can range from annoying to extremely painful and as the name implies will occur simultaneously and commonly depending on certain variables.
doctors have not been able to find a cause for these but traditional painkillers are still effective for taking some of the pain away.

Haha, Sprite doesn't, but it tastes good all the same XP
And, it'll either be around the temples or more toward the back of the head.

I get a lot of headaches when I don't sleep enough, so make sure you're getting enough hours of it.
-
Define enough hours =/
The most I get on an average day might be about four/five.
-
People are supposed to get about 6-8 hours every night - teenagers even more so. Some people require more, some people require less, but I'd say you're probably not getting enough. Try going to bed earlier for a while and see if it stops the headaches.

Yeah, that would probably be my best bet.
I think that right now my main problem is that a lot of the work I've been doing has brought me to work waay late.
