Hey here is a small section of a rant that i found in my old school papers that i guess i just forgot about :3
i think it was on a friday, teacher must have given us weekend crap :(
Homework, WHY? makes no sense whatsoever. and i can see from your perspective that yea "it helps school at home" and in response to that WT*?? school at home? honestly how many kids do you think really do homework just to keep school in their mind. What im here to tell you is that what you think is completly Wrong. Im an A+ student and i dont give a, well anything at all. Homework is only acceptable if you actually know we will do the work. Everyone in my class , and i mean EVERYONE, copies off the scary creepy kids that give up theirs to feel socially acceptable. If we dont actually care about what were doing then hows this going to reinforce that we should? "Hey, ok, theres the bell go home have a good weekend and, Oops i forgot do the last 10 chapters in the book and have them to me before the bell rings on monday. Have a good weekend!" Screw that, because thats all that we hear and all it does is make us lothe you more. Aad the stupid part is that you DONT REALISE IT. To you its just a sheet of paper, to us its 5-10 hours a day that we could be using to have fun. and what really gets my teeth grinding is when you give us this crap and then take 2 seconds, see that we did it, and then put a damn check on it. BAM 5 hours of research and work, gone! Wow, and there are teachers that dont teach. I love them but i mean really? Cmon i get you dont want this job, and the fact that your getting payed next to nothing dosent help either, but my teacher says that the next grade gets mad at the students that dont know anything. AND SHE HAS NO IDEA WHY. Children are the future, I am the future, and idiots are teaching me? you do the math and tell me whos gonna take care of you when you get old and senile, "AHHHH ITS TE REAPER!!! ...Dad thats the cat" Yea, there's you in 30 yrs.
i think there might be more but im not sure, If i get some good responses il find the rest.

trust me......i know where your coming from. but one of my classes took things into our own hands. *evil grin* he was a wood work teacher trying to teach maths.......we apparently made him cry after a few lessons. but that was after the school rejected our petition for a new teacher. his most famous quote is "I"M ASKING YOU NICELY!" keep in mind that he was about three inches from my friends face. but he quit later that year.

well i've have been given plenty of weekend/vacation Home Work (luckily i have almost none this weekend) on stuff I get at all and I also cuuently receive in history a chapter a week aand the teacher gives us about three days to complete the chapter and questions on top of everything else.

I remember, about a year ago, my satanist math teacher decided it would be a good idea to assign a ten page packet of work over a one-week vacation we got.

Then, when half the class didn't do it, she was all like 'that packed counted for two test grades, you all just dropped almost half a letter grade!'
Many things I would like to say to her now.
