Any advice for people with insomnia?
I really, really need some sleep. :(

Working out too close to the time you go to sleep can actually keep you awake. Working out earlier does help, though.
Try to have some kind of routine before you go to sleep, and try your best to always go to sleep and wake up at the same time every day. Reading a book while sitting in bed can help sometimes. Whenever I can't sleep, it's usually because I can't get my brain to "stop working", so to speak, so I have to focus on clearing my head.

Well I can't really do anything physical anyway since I was in a pretty bad car accident a year ago, and my leg is still messed up. :(
Do you have any recommendations for books? I like pretty much any Genre.

I have the same exact problem.
What I find helps, is actually those Audio books you can get.
I always pop in The Lord of the Rings, and that puts me to sleep in half an hour, maybe a bit more if I'm really paying attention.

Yeah, maybe one read by someone with a really relaxing voice.
Like Morgan Freeman, Or Leonard Nimoy.
That makes me sleepy just thinking about it. -.-
