Title: Financial Problems

Recently, I've moved to Alaska and started looking for a job. I got here on the 12th of this month, but started looking a week later. Problem is that it's getting close to the end of my grace period to pay back my loan and my chances of finding a job doesn't look so great. I had $500 left from my loan and paid back $300 to get a couple more months to look, but I need some help. I need to start some fursuit commissions, but need to get the word out about it. So far, the one that I was about to do isn't looking like such a good idea. The person isn't getting back to me about payment and sending the stuff I need from them. Can anyone help get the word out about my fursuits? I could really use the money I make from it.

Id commission gloves from ya, but I gotta wait till the 10th for my next paycheck before I could do anything.  :(

Post like crazy on FA, DA get a livejournal post in fursuit auctions, get a furbid and furbuy accounts, set up auctions (all are free to use) There are so many places you can post stuff to get the word out that your selling. Also make sure you have lots of examples, people like to see what you can do.

Oh you can also try selling sketches. Might not bring in as much, but it's cheaper to create.

*Shugs* You wont know if anyone likes your sketches till you try. Can't hurt, and if you make some money off of them then more power to ya :3

Get a live journal account if you don't already have one. There are groups such as Fursuit auctions that allow you to post what your selling for free! As for drawings and such try out teenycom on live journal. Commissions for $10 and under go there. Heck just type something in the search on LJ you're bound to find something :3
