I keep having to press the reset button on the side because it randomly loses conection all the lights are on blue but it won't connect until I rest it which takes a good 10 minutes
and it isn't just today the whole damn month it's been actin' up.
my 2 pounds.

Um.. what are you saying sucks?
Cause I have never had issues myself with bluetooth devices, most likely...and if it's not functioning as it should, wouldn't the best be to return it to the store and have it fixed/replaced?

Well ok whut is exactly the problem cause we use BT (Of course) and mah mum used to work in the customer service department, If you tell me the problem i might be able to get the full solution.

all the lights are blue(exept for updating) but hteres no connection until i reset. it's gettin' annoin'

Hmmm, Have you established if it is a internet problem or a router problem and also is it the BT Home Hub?
