 B) hello to all furries on this website. I am new to this forum and i'm wondering how it works. can someone tell me? because I'm dutch XD and I my english isn't that well.

is photomanipulation also art? because I photomanipulate photo's of people websites or who I know :) is it ok to post this?

I dont see any problems there, Feel free but i think you might want to give credit to the artist but other than that enjoy TFF and if you ever need help just PM me  :3

well actually, I am the artist, because I change the photo's of the people I fotographed :3

It can be. It depends on how much you change the original photo. (For example, taking a picture and just changing some colors on it does not make it yours.) Some images are copyrighted to their owners and NOT placed on the internet for just anybody to take and use on their own, so it's not always okay to use them. Sometimes you're supposed to link back to the original photo to give credit to them. If you're posting pictures of other people it's also a good idea to make sure you have their permission to be posting it on a public website.

It just depends.


And, Crevan, I'd appreciate it if you left questions about what is or isn't allowed up to the staff.

Personally i spend some very nice time when i was working there, and i like that country very much.
