First off Ill post a summary of what Steampunk is, then the main story.
Steampunk is a sub-genre of science fiction and speculative fiction, frequently featuring elements of fantasy, that came into prominence (??) during the 1980s and early 1990s. The term denotes works set in an era or world where steam power is still widely used — usually the 19th century, and often Victorian era Britain — but with prominent elements of either science fiction or fantasy, such as fictional technological inventions like those found in the works of H. G. Wells and Jules Verne, or real technological developments like the computer occurring at an earlier date. Other examples of steampunk contain alternate history-style presentations of "the path not taken" of such technology as dirigibles, analog computers, or digital mechanical computers (such as Charles Babbage's Analytical engine). These frequently are presented in an idealized light, or with a presumption of actually working.
Steampunk is often associated with cyberpunk and shares a similar fanbase and theme of rebellion, but developed as a separate movement (though both have considerable influence on each other). Apart from time period and level of technological development, the main difference between cyberpunk and steampunk is that steampunk settings usually tend to be less obviously dystopian than cyberpunk, or lack dystopian elements entirely.
Various modern utilitarian objects have been modded by individual artisans into a pseudo-Victorian mechanical "steampunk" style, and a number of visual and musical artists have been described as steampunk.
story: It is the middle of the nineteenth century. Steam inovation is in full swing many peoples lives have become suddenly luxorious and easy. but not all is well. The steam technologys have spread to key anti revolutionarys that are using it for their oun gains. we must do somethin, we must rise to the occasion, and we must not fail.
I will post the rules and continued story in a couple days to fully work out the "Kinks"

Like those, just black. That revolver is also one of his weapons. He also has a giant cross with a built in Gatling gun, rocket launcher and compartments with several pistols in them.

I've gathered that it's morning, foggy and the setting is downtown London. Or just London in general. I hope you don't mind, but I gave a nice description of the more...Underhanded part of the downtown area. It's the Ghetto, so all you naughty Anti-Revolutionaries can have fun in it. If you don't like how I set it up, go ahead and give me a heads up. You didn't exactly paint a vivid picture.

But just a heads up if you want to go long with it, Mortis, the "thing" Dante is asking you for is a portfolio of a head scientist by the name of Doppler Friegman. But you are also supposed to tell me where he is. You can make up the details about him and where he is, but he's working on a top secret weapon and I've been put in charge to kidnap him. Whether you help me or not on this task or not is up to you. Since I don't want to link you to the criminal organization I work for against your will. Anyway, the ball is in your court. ^_^
