any weapon at all what makes u feel most badass
-
That's an easy one for me, my dual Spyderco Spyderflies *Flips out my butterfly knives*
-
Hmm, for my fursona he has ice powers so he usually just uses that, but it's to difficult to explain the awesomeness of his ice powers.
For real life there's this dude at this flea market who sells weaponry and if there was an attack going on there and I was at that stall I'd have over 3000 ways to kill any level of atttackers, one thing he has that is insanely epic is this huge thing, it has a wristband that attaches to a large twisted and insanely awesome shield-like thing that is in itself a powerful weapon because the entire thing is pretty much a blade and two large blades protruding from the front. Then it has many small needles attached and a shooting mechanism. Out of the 3000 ways to kill people from his stall about 320 ways resolve around that weapon. Also he has a huge display case of butterfly knives and army knives, then Japanese weapons (Katanas, Nunchaku, throwing stars, Shurikens, etc.), pirate weapons (Some are actually cutlasses with a gun built into it) then a whole bunch of other various blades, swords, shielding, projectiles, etc.
If there where a zombie invasion or something I'd go to that flea market, also there are food stalls and electronics stalls so I could survive quite a while..... :)

MAH SCYTHE!
Oh, but when I'm not using my scythe, Negrid (One of my chackrams) is my favorite.
-
A Crowbar lol.
Nah, Id say probably dual wielding some short swords. I like the light weight and balance of short swords. Though a Lance comes in a close second.
-
I perfer a single or two curved blades, but a lance, spear, or halbred would be a more than acceptable replacement :P
-
scythe most definatly a scythe
-
a silenced mp-5... reason: you can sneak around until they find you then flick it into fully auto and have at it!
-
Haha, i'd guess i prefer the semi automatic Barret M82/M107 anti materiel sniper rifle, it can fire 10 .50 BMG rounds in less than 10 second. I've heard 1 shot is capable of tearing a person apart XP
For close quaters i'd probably choose an AK-47 Assault rifle or a PP2000 Submachine Gun/Machine pistol

you dont want to use an assault rifle for cqc because they dont fire as fast as smgs (like the mp5)

Something from the Uzi family then? :3
Or maybe a LMG like the Steyr AUG H-BAR, L86 LSW or M249 SAW
*CoD Noob*

uzi's and shotguns for close range assault rifles and pistols for medium and snipers and heavy weapons for long (never played CoD this is actual military tinking)

http://screwattack.com/videos/Armory-Nintendo-Wiimote the worlds greatest weapon B)

(Yay! I weild dual Wii-motes then!) Lukeweedon is back! :D
-
Probally a chainsaw or mace or lava lamp (lol) B)

Although my fursona tends to have a preference for certain weapons, both my 'sona and (in RL) myself see that unarmed combat is one of the better choices you could make. Always accessible, inconspicuous and containing an impossibly large array of options, unarmed combat is far more flexible and useful than most realise. So long as you're not taking on a vehicle, machine or creature (although even then it is possible to potentially take on all 3 and more if you know your stuff) it's an ideal weapon, regardless of size and numbers...
Assuming that you know a variety of styles and excel in at least one of the more flexible ones :P
Wise man once said "Learn to rely on your own weapons before you learn how to hold an artificial one."
-
Tower shield with Flanged mace. I will crush your armor into pieces!
-
shado is the first person to remember me (apart from mortis for a diffrent reason) close range i would choose samurai sword or the Crozius Arcanum (a giant mace used by space marine chaplains)
"Learn to rely on your own weapons before you learn how to hold an artificial one."
so how come i know no cqc but can shoot most weapons within a 5 inch accuracy at 50 meters (no lie) apart from the most powerful rifle in the world which has more kickback than an rpg.
-
Hammers/Axes...though maybe tiger claws even!
-
My wits and various pieces of equipment. I'd say spy things...Gadgets. Like Sam Fisher.

Going back to what this thread is actually about, Flames tends to adopt a "swords are better" attitude when it comes to things, and usually with good reason as he's accomplished a lot with antique weapons and futuristic re-stylings of them than most have done with the standard weapons of his time period. On the whole he uses a combination of an energy-like blade and a basic blaster. Neither require ammo and both are basic, but require skill to master. Being ambidextrous makes dual wielding easier but on the whole he uses his blade far more than his blaster and will often fight with just his preferred weapon in one on one fights. The blaster is mostly used to compliment his swordstrokes, attack weak points, distract and as a limited form of suppression fire.

lever action rifle, or m1 garand or even an m14. All are semi automatic with the exception of the lever action. Precision is my choice, as unlike in video games two or less shots to vital organs (head, torso) could put someone/thing down for good. Automatic weapons would be a waste of ammo, unless you put it into a burst or semi-auto fire mode. The only problem using an infantry rifle on semi-automatic is that it lacks the accuracy and power that a designated rifle would use. I would completely avoid sub-machine guns. My pistol choice would be a M1911 PDP.
My fursona has a special ability that allows him to be very agile, so i would use that ability. His agility allows him to move quickly, quietly, and allows him to avoid bullets to some extent, but not completely. Also, he wields a s&w .500 double action, along with a short katana.
-
Logic and Reason
-
Of corse you'd say that Blackout. :P
-
Claws, daggers, knives. Any of those three.
*stabbity stab* :P
-
seriously i would have the Vector smg with silencer and thermal scope + striker shotgun
-
Oh yeeeaah, knives for the win! I like dual uzi's myself if I'm going to use submachine guns.
-
Dual swords/knives or even single ones. Actually, my dad has a machete in the garage that I kind of practice with... along with my other stuff >_> <_< >_> Wait I can't forget my best ones, pencils! XD ...But, I'm more comfortable unarmed. Just feels better that way for me.
Honestly, I don't really like guns, no offense to the people who are talking about them.
-
I like to use a scythe but my prefered weapon is my hands and feet
-
My specialty is ice magic, but that doesn't mean I can't use anything else!
Mistikkeskans believe the use of a gun in a fight is a weak coward's move because you don't use your own strength.
When not using ice powers, I use a staff. It doesn't do much damage, but it's pretty painful if you use it well. I don't really aim to kill my opponent, just to knock some sense into him or her. :3
For worse damage, swords are pretty cool. Sometimes I like creating a sharp ice sword and use it to slice enemies up. Choppity-chop! >83
-
That would be useful if you were a butcher, Lita. You chop it up and freeze it at the same time! XD
I finally drew a picture of one of my chackrams.

As far as my fursona goes, brute strength and claws/teeth, and pyrokenesis
Though for me, it would have to be a Combat knife, with a silenced Colt 1911 pistol and a lever-action rifle. Also I would use my proficiency in hand to hand combat
(Tae-Kwon-Do, Muai Thai, Traditional Boxing, Karate, and a spot of MMA) all those mixed up with the experience I've gained and little pointers here and there. such as weak points on a body, how to strike certain parts etc.
-

What's pyrokenesis? Is that where you blow stuff up with your mind?
-
Hmm, it could be, I always thought pyrokenesis was using your mind to manipulate and control fire or sources of heat.
-
Yes it is! Telekinesis though would allow you to blow things up if you were powerful enough :P. If I could use a fantasy weapon I would probably use ice magic and telekinesis for sure!
-

i'll have you know rifles are (censored) heavy!
-
I use a hurricane lamp o.o
Strange weapon of choice, I know, but it helps me gather berries in the dark ^-^
-
Telekinesis, M-16 assault rifle, Tactical Shotgun, and Sniper Rifles 50.cal to be exact.
ooh but my favorites are Telekinesis, Staffs, and ALOT of Kunais.
if i seriously need it, i'll use hand to hand combat Muay Thai, Tae Kwan Do, and Eagle. i will pull out my Katana if i want.
-
I'm glad my first thread is going well
-
Bat'leth. (Yeah, I'm a Star Trek fan.) But, if you've seen a Klingon twirl one of those things around... Well, weapons don't get a lot shinier than that.
-
Telekinesis to make someone's brain explode....
In real life,my Mauser Mod.1904 bolt-action rifle :)
-
My power of mined and charisma
-
Heh, now this I would definitely use.

Uh, just wondering. Did FullMetal Alchemist have any influence in this?
-

Oh yah, pyrokinesis seems really cool :P
I saw a movie once called "Firestarter" which was about it heeh :3

HAHAHA I wouldn't tho XD
I'd prefer a Armadyl Godsword
-
A stone bowl. And/or a cannon filled with matchtips. >>
-
psychological warfare nuff said you can do massive ammounts of damage and never even have to touch them >:3
-
ill answer in a bit, lemme think...
-
I've got to say, hidden blades like the ones in Assassin's Creed have always rubbed me the right way.
-
9mm, ftw! ;)
-
Also hidden blade's but mostly a Desert Eagle or minigun
-
Mateba Autorevolver. Or a China Lake Natic. Pump action grenade launchers for the win! Mind you if I ever used either of them I'd probably injure myself more than anyone else...
-
I've got to say, hidden blades like the ones in Assassin's Creed have always rubbed me the right way.
thats what she said!
m16 A2 for me

I guess u 2 played cod?
And Tanner, i wouldn't use a Barret M82 for anti-personnel use, even tho it would easly tear someone apart :P
Well, for an update.
In no special order:
Long range: Bolt action: Artic Warfare, M40A3, CheyTac M200 Intervention
Semi Auto: Dragunov SVD *Note: Any accurate sniper rifle made for anti-personnel use works fine.
Mid-long range: A good LMG; L86, Steyr AUG, among others.
Mid range: ACR, M4 Carbine
Close-mid range: AK-47, Famas, M16
Close range: Vector, Ump45, MP5, Spas 12, AA-12, PP2000
Sidearm: I'd guess a Beretta M9
For anti-materiel use i'd easly go with the Barret M82A1/A3 .50 caliber semi-automatic sniper rifle (also known as Barret M107).
I guess thats my choice for guns hehe...
-
kill urself :3 with it
That's not very nice...

well he asked what he could do with it :(

I guess I see your point, I think I'll go old school with the Russian PPSH-41. Nice clip size with the round drum, nice fire rate, and great portability. Plus it looks badass
-
humm
telling you i've got and what i use seems a good idia,
Side arm: hunting knife, SIG (chrome plated) P226r
main: m16 A3 sniper converted, spas 12
back up/ CQC: chrome M500, semi auto M1100.
pyros: who needs 'em when you've got sheer skill :D
