My first fursuit is finished. (for now) It is just the head combined with various outfits. It turned out about as good as I had expected it to. :? I would love to be able to afford to have a head commissioned, but that is on the list for a future date...
Plastic canvas base, covered in foam, covered in black and grey crushed velvet.
It is supposed to be a Draconian (from Dragonlance novels)

As with most artistic projects of mine, this started out with little to no firm direction. I have a rough idea, and just sorta build on it. I'm lucky this came out as well as it did. I also completed a tail that is just over 3 feet long.

When I first clicked this thread I thought the top pic was your fursuit.....
But it's still awesome that you made that yourself though. It's pretty good.
