Title: molded plastic heads
Post by: DarkHorse_Steele on May 31, 2010, 12:03:35 PM
I've seen some fursuiters online who have full-head, molded plastic heads. Not like the fur/fabric covered heads the majority of the community has. Does anyone have any info on where these come from?

I'm not referring to kigurumi heads (anime girl heads).

As I investigated this further, What I'm referring to were produced by professional costumers. (kinda like Disney characters)

O its ez first you make a latex casting of your head than take foam and add it to the face casting to make the shape than use that to make a plaster mold once that's dry shave off about a have inch off the shaped face casting and suspend it in the mold and fill the plaster casting up with liquid rasion once it hardens open up the plastered mold and take out the shaved-shaped face casing and boom a plastic mold head than just pant it and add hair ...... good luck

PS: this is a ruff over view of what to do if you want i can pm you with detailed instruction's  if you want to know
