WINNER OF THE APRIL TFF MONTHLY RAFFLE IS.......... RILIN!!!

Ok, so to get me more people and practice, I've decided on a new concept. 1 Monthly Raffle Drawing. EVERYONE will be allowed one free Raffle Ticket per month. Just post the word "RAFFLE" in 15pt font to get it for the month. Each Raffle will begin at 6am EST on the 1st of every month, and end at 7pm EST on the last day of every month. The drawing will be held the night the Raffle closes and will be announced the next morning on the following month's Raffle thread. All mods and Admins, please make an exception for this thread to be necroed during the course of the month that this Raffle is for.
Also, ANY commission purchases you make during this month will give you 1 EXTRA RAFFLE per purchase.
Now, I will add a new twist to this as well. If we hit a certain number of Raffles, I will draw MORE names. However, here's the catch. We have to make a minimum number of Raffles.
Here's the list:
<5 Different Raffles = 0 Draws. (Purchased Raffles will be carried over to the next month)
5-14 Raffles = 1 Draw
15-22 Raffles = 2 Draws
23-30 Raffles = 4 Draws
40 or more Raffles = 6 Draws.
Invite EVERYONE you know to the raffle to increase the number of winners! PM them if you have to!
This monthly Raffle is exclusive only to TFF!!
This month's theme is.... "Another day at the Cosplay"
