Title: Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance
Post by: WingedZephyr on March 11, 2010, 09:36:07 PM
Not a new game by any means, but I still love playing Path of Radiance. Anyone else play it?

I really wish I could play Radiant Dawn too, but I don't have a Wii for it. D:

I loved all the handheld Fire Emblem games, but I could never beat any of them. I would always get close to the end, but I couldn't figure out how to "make it" all the way as my characters became too weak to fight all the new enemies as time progressed x.x.

I tend to just re-use the strongest characters all the time, otherwise I couldn't beat the levels. So by the end of the game when it lists my stats, most of my characters would have 0-1 kills, a handful of others might have 10 kills or so, then my strongest character had 180 kills or something like that. XD I always felt bad using her for everything because I wanted the others to level up, but they just die most of the time.

I haven't played the handheld games yet though, so I don't know how different those are.

Rawr... *Thinks about using that strategy* I've only done the "one powerful character" thing in my first Pokemon Blue go through back in the day with Charizard at level 120 XD

Well, what I usually do is let the strong character roam off on her own because it's near impossible for her to die, then I'll take all the weak characters and use like 6 of them at a time to kill one enemy. :P
