Title: Help With Anime Club

Hi Everyone ^_^
Well as the topic stated I need help ... because i'm starting an anime club at school and i need ideas for activity to do during club hours etc. And i was wondering if anyone on here is a member of a anime club or has been a member of one but if they'd like to help me out a little with the one i'm starting.

the ones i went to just watched anime for hours and really it just became a group of friends sitting around messing about and watching anime. But on special occasions, we had cosplay nights and things like that. It ended because on the very next semester people just stopped coming. I've no idea why, i thought it was great.
