Powers: Teleportation, tenticle growth, size growth, DNA replecation for stealing others abilities.
Blood type: Acidic

records show various violent acts in test subjects past. From simple skinning of live animals to furry experimentation. Numerous experiments were collected apon the subjects capture. But what we don't know is how long the psychic sleep will last. Subject is showing increased brain wave function and starting to move slightly. Increased security is nessary to ensure safety of facility.
