Well, it's good that you kids enjoys blast beats and crunchy guitars and all, but I remember seeing the singer for Job for a Cowboy at a show and telling him deathcore is a waste of time and he should find Varg Vikernes and call him a fag just so he would receive a stab wound to the head.
Grim. \m/
-
dude there is no way you said that.

anyone on here like psyclon nine?
-
How could I forget! Killswitch-engaged is probably one of my favorite bands. Arch enemy, Kamelot, and probably a couple others... But those are definitely my tops.
-
killswitch is pretty sweet. i have not been able to stop listening to beneath the sky for a while now.
-
I got counterweight in my head right now, seems as though I can't stop listening to it D:
-
Opeth is by far my favorite heavy metal band. I saw them live and every minute just awesome. Mikeal Akerfeldt is their front man (singer/guitarist) and he is brilliant on stage. If you ever see them you're guaranteed to leave in stitches.
I have a laundry list of other bands I listen to... But I'd probably take 20 minutes alone just to write the bands off the top of my head... Then I'd have to think about others I've neglected to listen to in a while :P
-
I'm not a "die hard" fan, but I love nu-metal like Slipknot (one of my fav bands periodm I have every album including Crowz, 2 copies of Mate, Feed, Kill, Repeat, and the demo) I also love Folk Metal like Eluvutie and Viking Metal like Amon Amarth
I've also been addicted to iwrestledabearonce
-
I will not argue that Folk Metal does not kick ass. I wish I could remember how to spell this one band name... I think they're from Germany or Holland or somewhere... They have a song called "Beer! Beer!" That must be listened to at least once a day... I'll try and find it...

I was going to link that song in another thread... But I felt it would be inappropriate to link in the forums. *shrugs*
It is freakin' hilarious though xD
-
Ho'ne, you know there are some really sick bands from ohio, right?
Miss May I and Beneath The Sky are just plain sick.
-
System of A Down-soo good
-
System = Yes. Serj's solo aswell. Bullet For My Valentine, not SAF, Fever is OK, but the Poison and before are better. Mastodon, Slayer, Anthrax, Trivium, Avenged Sevenfold, Behemoth, The Faceless, Five Finger Death Punch, Mudvayne, Tool, All That Remains, and Faith No More. Now for my industrial/shock metal favourites. Nine Inch Nails, Rob Zombie, Rammstein, and Marilyn Manson.
-
I love heavy metal! anything with a lot of bass and drums *starts frantically air drumming*
