I can't seem to come up with a steady fursona... its always fox, always straight, but other than that the personality changes...
Why can't i be happy with one?

Apologize for still using bioshock avi. i am making a new one, but i have no time to get on scanner and fix up in photoshop...
out of suit and into regular fox...
These seems to belong more in Rants and Advice then Temporary.

Not that this will help you very much but...
The reason I have more than one fursona is because I relate to more than one animal and have more than one personality.
Of course, my arctic wolf fursona is my main one and the one who is the most like me. The other ones are what I use for RPs mostly.
Not really advice, but that's what I did.

Yeah it's not really a big deal Shiro, lots of people have multiple fursonas and characters because of often mixed feelings and different characteristics, you just gotta cross these bridges as they come along, just you know try new things :)

for me i suppose i just had it easy.... several of my friends said i remind them of a cat (in fact i earned the nickname of Cat waaay before i realised i was a furry xD ) and the personality part was easy too.... im a 'ravey' happy guy!
for you obviously its harder, and like Vee and WHitey said, lotsa people do find it harder... and nobody minds in the slightest on forums and the suchlike... i dont see why should worry too much either! one fursona may just end up sticking as your main fursona, i dunno... so yeah, dont worry :3

shiro, it's perfectly okay to be constantly changing your fursona. it's reasonable to want to change something. it makes sense though. we, ourselves are changing all the time internally. if we're changing our personality and ourselves, doesn't it make sense that we would want an external change as well? so it only makes sense that changes would happen. i would no fret it too much, and just change your fursona as you please *nod nod*
you're going to be a different individual two years from now, even if slightly. now doesn't it make sense that your self-image will change in that span of time too?

Not really advice, but that's what I did.
I agree here, Vee,Kero,Vince and others can relate I have many characters that suit many different personalities.

Everyone here has a point. I was confused when Clare came along, but it turns out she is another part of me. All the different fursona's help define you.

I always have one Gabag for one personality trait of mine or another..

The down to earth HECU trooper Gabag
trust me i can go on my fellow
try making different Shiro's for different personality aspects, if people ask, just say cloning was involved

Mate. I've got about 4 personalitys each with there own fursona( I'm just too lazy to change that much of me profile) it perfectly fine to have a wavering fursona

yeah i has 3, coming up with a new one to. doesn't really matter that much. i change them around depending how i feel or if i get obssesed with something.

i always ten to stick with Kitt... but he changes... he's been an immigrant for when i feel isolated or alone... just plain Kitt... a chef for a while... and now Santa Claws! :3
so yeah, even if you have only one fursona it'l tend to change ;)
