"Dear Diary"
I just got back from one of my lectures for Dragonology, and I found out that I *apparently* scored an 'F' on my Magic Studies. How'd I manage to get an 'F'? I told my lecturer I was working on it, but some wires got crossed and I lost all my files. Meaning I had to cram the whole thing in as quickly as possible, at the last minute. Some sources I had to re-upload, but nothing that should warrant a failing grade!
Then I walked back to my dorm hoping to sleep away the rest of this term. Or so I thought, because when I woke up the next morning with a headache, my dorm mates thought I was a dumpster baby! I had to prove I was *me*, before they called the Headmaster to my dorm. I don't know how it happened, but I have a sneaking suspicion one of my classmates cast a Reverse Ageing spell. Those usually last for a few days, so they ruled me unfit to continue studying here until I went back to normal.
Long story short; I'm being sent home this afternoon because I flunked Magic Studies.

Unlce Drahcir stood on the platform, waiting for his nieces train to arrive.
"Hmmh~ I should really get her lunch to cheer her up a bit once she arrives. Good thing her dad was too busy to pick her up, he didn't seem all that happy about her flunking her magic studies.", he thought to himself, though his pondering was cut short as the train finally arrived.
"Aha~! Now where's that litte trouble maker ^_^ ..... hmmh.... :squint: no that's not her... goodness where is she?!"

Just then, a train stopped by the station. Steam poured from its' funnel as the brakes ground to a halt. The doors open, as a pair of faculty members walk out of the train with a stroller. The faculty members scan around, before one of them spots Drachir.
They then wheel the stroller over, with a very cranky passenger mumbling half-coherent protestations about how she's old enough to walk there.
"Mr. Drachir?" The male asks, pushing the stroller as his female colleague hands Drachir a leave-of-absence form with what looks like his Niece's signature....just really scratchy, like she had signed it with a non-dominant hand.

"Ehm... why yes~ that would be me. What is the meaning of ..." Drahcir, at first trying to answer in a confused state, suddendly recognises the scratchy hand writing and his Niece's signature triangular ear-ring.
"... ah, never mind , thank you for bringing her all the way here... ehm, this won't be charged extra will it now?"

"It'll be taken from her student debt," The female staff member replied, as her male counterpart picks up the vocally outspoken Dragonborn hatchling from her stroller.
"Put me dowm!" She squeaks, wearing a bib over a fluffy pink onesie. "I wanna wedo da test~!"
He struggles at first, even squeaking as he commented on how 'she' bit him, before the female staff member then hushes her with a pacifier. "Nough!"

"Madame, Mister, you've certainly done more than enough, let me take her from here.", Drahcir tells them kindly with a hint of nervousness, wanting to calm down the sitation and avoid any further financial burden.
Not all to unhappy with this suggestion, the male staff member hands his Niece over to him.
"Now now Evelyn, I know you feel upset but please don't go around biting the poor school's staff members. It's not nice!", even though it had been years since he talked to her in such a childish fashion, Uncle Drahcir just couldn't stop himself from reverting back to it as he took his Niece into his arms. After ignoring her unamused look and making sure she was safe and secure, he inquired:
"Ehm... may I ask how this happened?"

Her eyes then well up as she explains what happened, including what she wrote in her diary, how she failed her exam because of a computer error, and how she thinks she might've been stuck with a Reverse Ageing spell.
"Snff...I didn't mean it, uncle Drahcir....I wanted to redo the t-test, but the headmaster said I needed to go home." She whimpers quietly. "And now my dad's gonna be upset with me, w-while I'm stuck in DIAPERS!"
She then wails as hard as her little lungs could. The stubborn, overconfident teenage girl had came back as a shivering, wailing hatchling crying for her uncle's affection.

Unable to see his little Niece cry like a baby, Drahcir cuddles her tight and tries to reassure her "There there Evelyn, don't worry. We'll fix this, ok? Hey~ it wouldn't be the first time, now would it? Remember that one time we had to replace your Dad's favourite cup because of a potion expermient gone wrong?" laughing kindly at her, Drahcir tries to conceal the overwhelming sensation of the situation. "Let's go get you a treat sweetie, anything you fancy."

She slowly stops crying, rubbing her eyes before she nods. "A-a treat? Okay...." She then settles in her uncle's arms, still not used to being carried around and treated like a baby.

"What would you like little Eve? They've got Dragon-Fruit smoothies, Ichneumon tail on a stick or, oh! Human steamed in a suit of armour." Drahcir ended up carrying his niece all around the train station in search of her favourite snack, reminding him of the good old days in which he'd used to buy her a goodie bag of snacks everytime he came to visit.

"Can I have a Dragon-fruit smoothie?" I asked, feeling a little better now that I'm home. Though I couldn't help notice a few passing stares.

"Sure sweety." Drahcir ordered his little Niece a dragon-fruit smoothie and handed her the bottle, the friendly lady from the smoothie shop couldn't caint herself and gave out a loud "Aww!". After paying and walking a few steps away from earshot, he started whispering to Evelyn "So~ am I the only one who knows about your little problem? We have to find a way to get you back to normal and back to school before your dad get's wind of this..."
Evelyn's Dad was by no means an evil man, he was just very strict and very, Very! sure of his own morals. He kept a very close eye on Drahcir for marrying his sister. This experience gave Drahcir a lot of sympathy for little Evelyn.

I then slurp some of the mushy fruit juice, before I replied. "If I know my dad, he'll have already found out." -My tail curls up as my ears fold, before I breathe a sigh.- "He might get a little mad, but if I'm honest with him...." -Splash! Some of the fruit juice landed on my face and all over my clothes, as we had to stop at the traffic lights. And my lack of motor control made it very difficult.-

"Aww, not to worry!", Drahcir uses one of the serviettes to dab Evelyn's cute face gently. "There you go~ sorry for stopping so suddend there.... ah you're right Sweetie~ being honest is the best way to go.", feeling slightly ashamed for suggesting to keep it a secret, all just to avoid some unpleasant situation, Drahcir brought his little niece home safe and sound.

As we arrive, I look around from your arms, still having little dragonfruit stains around my claws and cheeks. "Uncle Drakhir, was this place always so big?" I asked, seeing the imposing mansion where my dad lives.

"Yes Eve, well ok, your dad did expand the garage while you were away, but the main mansion was always that big." Drahcir hushedly whipes away the dragonfruit stains on Evelyn's cheeks as he readies himself to knock at the door. "Do you want me to do the explaining or will you do it?", he asks kindly as his fists knock on the door.

I squirm and wriggle as you wipe my cheeks, before we arrive at the door. I then lean over to you, before replying. "You got my leave of absence form?" I ask, hatching an idea. "Technically I'm on sick leave."

"Oh? Yes I do..." Uncle Drahcir hands over the form to Evelyn, unsure what her plan is, however without much time to ponder as her Father Draig Maestrix opens up the main door. A behemoth of a dragon, Draig stood there, towering over the two at the door with a stern look on his face. "hmmh...." at length he finally spoke: "Goodness Draccy, how on earth did my Sister keep your daughter a secret from me?! I never even noticed any signs of pregnancy!"

Nervously, she shuffles her claws before she mutters. "H-hi, d-dad. It's me, Evelyn..." -She then hands the report of absence letter over to him.- "I-I....I flunked Magic Studies."

Confused and quite shocked Draig looks from one Dragon to another. Finally he reads the letter. After what seems like a lifetime of tension, the imposing Dragon speaks "Alright young lady, you're coming inside and are going to tell me why you thought it was a good idea to become a baby dragon again!"
Draig rips Evelyn out of Drahcir's hands and carries her inside. Stottering in a panic and wanting to save his niece from too much of a scolding Drahcir walks in after.
"H... hey Draig, old pal! It's not her fault~ ehehe, she just~...", his anxious mutterings are quickly silenced however. "Silence! I want to hear it from my own daughter and not from her spoiling Uncle.", Draig interrupted him sternly.

Painfully aware of what is happening, she squirms and wriggles in her father's grip, all the while protesting. "I-it wasn't me or him, dad!" -I squeaked, my voice higher pitched than it used to be. "S-someone cast a Reverse Ageing spell two nights ago!"
I then looked at him with a pleading expression in my eyes, reaching out to touch his face. "I-I wanted to come back, but not like this. I wanted to make you p-proud of me..."

Still grumpy and mad Draig looks at his pleaing daughter sternly "Hmmh... Hmpf! Who was it then? Who did this to my daughter?", the anger was certainly not gone, however he was ready to believe her. Behind his strong demeanor beat a gentle and moral heart and he did care deeply for his daughter.

"I-I don't know, daddy!" -I replied, sniffling as I felt emotional around my father.- "I wish I knew, I really do, but th' campus couldn't find 'em." -I then rest my head on his shoulder, tears streaming down my face.- "Please don't be mad at me, d-daddy..."

Draigs manic stare suddendly became soft as his little daughter cried in his arms. Feeling a sense of sadness himself for having his daughter changed so drastically, he wrapped his strong arms around young Evelyn and held her tight.
"Shhh, shhh darling, it's alright.", he wispered in her ear, "I'm not mad at you, there there~ it's not your fault. Come now darling, please calm down and tell me if there's anything we can do to get my darling daughter back to who she was before?" He cradled her in his arms like he used to do, years before.

-I then sniffle, slowly calming down as I'm cradled in his familiar arms, before I take a few deep breaths.- "W-well..." I mention, gently brushing my own shoulder as I try to recall what the Headmaster said. "According to the chief f-faculty, there's a chance this could be p-permanent..." As soon as I said those words, I then try to hug Draig. "But if you need my help to fix this, t-then count me in."

"Permanent?!" both Draig and Drahcir shout out in shock at this news. Draig panics a little "I mean we can't.... how long until you're back to.... and who'll take care ...", but then finds himself again and speaks to his daughter "Darling, this is your life and your choice after all. In a weird way this gives you the chance to become twice the dragon you once were, to learn all the things you weren't able to the first time around. But you'll have to wait a while to take that test again."

As I heard papa's reassuring words while hearing his heartbeat, I then nodded and shuffle my claws. "Y-you mean it?" -I asked, rubbing my eyes to dry my tears.- "W-well, I'll do my best." -I then reassure him, noticing this was just as big a change for him and uncle Drahcir as it was for me.

"Yes Evelyn, let's get through this together." Draig said while looking at the note from the school. "And first things first, I guess we'll have to teach you how to write properly again." Draig looked over to Drahcir who understood in an instant: he gathered some writing utensils and laid them on the table. "After this, we'll also need to get you some new clothes darling."

She nods, agreeing with everything her father said. 'It shouldn't be that hard', she thought, 'last time I learned how to write, I was in nursery school. this should be a cinch!'.
Just then, however, her ears perk up at the new clothes remark. She then whispers to herself, her face going pale. "N-new clothes?"

"Why yes Evelyn, once those diapers have run their course we're all out." Draig said with a nervous yet kind laugh. "You know what, change of plan! Drahcir, you prepare a writing lesson for my little girl while she and I go shopping. What do you think sweety? Up for some shopping?"

"D-diapers...!?" She squeaks, trying to hide those under the graduation robes she had been wearing while her cheeks flushed red. "W-what d-diapers, dad?"

"Hahaha, the one's you're wearing right now, silly" Draig laughs with his booming voice, clearing the room from any awkwardness for Evelyn. "Don't worry darling, you look the part with your size now anyway and god knows I don't want to risk finding out if you've also unlearned your potty training." Giving a teasing wink, he places his daughter back into the stroller and get's ready to go out, putting on his large coat and hat. Once ready he pushes the stroller to the car.

All the while, smoke began to pour from a hyper-embarrassed Evelyn's nose and ears, giving off the impression that she's conducting her very own Locomotive. She then tries to cover her face as best she can, muttering if she can at least keep her robes until after they get back home.
Once they got to the car, however, Evelyn's eyes widen like saucers. It was the same car that dropped her off at the train station during her first day heading to university. The sight of it made her eyes start to water, until she burst out crying.

Draig was shocked to suddenly hear his daughter burst out in tears. "What's wrong darling?!"

Through sobs, Evelyn replies as her ears fold. "T-the car, daddy....it reminds me of t-the university!" She shivers, evidently homesick for when she could walk and act for herself. She was beside herself with grief and anger, furiously kicking her legs back and forth while sobbing. If only they had let her redo that stupid test.

"Hmmmh" Draig is at a loss, wondering how he can cheer his daughter up. "What would make you happy Evelyn?"

Evelyn then asks, "C-can Uncle Drahcir come with us, dad?" She gives her dad the puppy dog eyes treatment, not helped by her newfound cuteness.

"Drahcir, I mean he's alright but why would you~ ..." Draig stops his line of thought as he sees his daughter's puppy dog eyes, easily melting the big dragon's heart.
"Drahcir!", he turned around an shouted loudly, "you're coming with us!".
Drahcir came out from the house, a little intimidated by Draigs strong voice, but putting on a smile for Evelyn none the less. "Oh yay~ shopping time!" he exclaimed in a rather dull manner, having a hard time hiding his distaste for shopping.

Evelyn then happily grins, her tail wagging. "C'mon, uncle Drahcir!" She calls out, just relieved to see her uncle showing up. It was more to comfort her than to drag him along for an admittedly boring shopping tour. Then her eyes widen as she notices a soft pink carseat. "W-what even IS that!?"

"It's your old carseat.", Drahcir replied with a cheeky grin. "It's the only one we had available, so" with a hint of Schadenfreude he lifted her into the carseat and petted her head "looks like little Evelyn's riding with style." Drahcir gave her a wink before getting into the car himself.

She let out a squeak as she's picked up and buckled in, before pouting a little. She hadn't ridden like this in almost two decades, and she squirms, trying to undo the buckles. Then, as the car's engine starts, she stops fiddling with the carseat's buckles as she covers her face. Muttering, "Oh no...people are gonna recognise me."

Draig laughs "we could claim that you're Drahcirs daughter, ain't that right buddy?" Rather shocked Drahcir stutters "w...what?! Hey wait a minute! If my wife finds out through others that I "have a daughter" I'm toast!" Draig laughs even louder but then stops to consider his daughters worry more carefully "Hmmh~ we would have to tell some people darling. I dont want you to completely lose contact with your friends..."
