Title: Should we be able to update the About Me?

I was trying to update my about me but anytime I try to look for it in the profile settings or something there's not an option I think I would be nice to be able update it especially if someone decided the don't like what they have in their about me

You should already be able to. Simply go to your profile first. There, hover over the "modify profile" option and select "Ultimate profile" from the drop-down menu. You'll find the "About me" section in there.
