I am a huge Nintendo nerd (as ashamed of it I am) I own the original nes with 38 games, 2 snes's with 5 games, an N64 with 2 games, both the Gameboy Color and GBA SP, and a smorgasbord of posters, manuals, original game boxes and accessories. So the main question here is does anybody else share my passion? Any other Nintendo nerd?

I have had every Nintendo console (not handheld) to date. Other than the Switch. I bought one but they haven't shipped it yet.
-
I've had every console at least once, except the switch and the virtual boy, though I have played on the vitual boy.
I have 3 SNESes here right now, the Mini Nes and my WiiU. On back up is my new3DS.
I think I've gotten bored of watching all the DYK Nintendo things because I already know everything.
I've actually been looking at getting some Hanafuda cards from Nintendo as they still make them to this day from when they started business as a card company in 1889.

Cool! Those cards must be worth a bunch my now. I'm currently working on trying to find the original game and watch series.

Not actually!
Nintendo actually still print Hanafuda cards and even do a Mario version.

I can partly call myself a Nintendo nerd, more of Nintendo fan
I mainly own and buy Nintendo products
my first console was the Super Nintendo, also have had Nintendo 64, and 3 different 3DS systems, and 2 DS systems. Do plan on buying a Switch later on
For gaming I prefers Nintendo over the others

Cewl! I want to get the switch just to play Mario Oddesy. I remember actually staying up to watch the live stream introduction of the switch and I loved it. The thing was I didn't intend to do it before hand, I just stumbled upon it late one night.

I did the same, just have to wait a couple months maybe early 2018, just have couple items to purchase
I usually always set up my alarms for new Nintendo Direct videos when they come, so many games to choose from, I might also end up buying Mario Odyssey
(aside from Pokemon, Mario is my 2nd favorite franchise)
some for myself, save some for a trip I plan on doing (visiting relatives in Sheridan, Oregon), some other purchases for a friend's birthday

They shipped my Switch early. I should have it by next weekend.

Enjoy it when you get it Albie, maybe I should get one by my birthday time (in December) if I'm lucky
let us know how you enjoy it
