Funny Graphical Glitches in Old Games

We all love a good chuckle at stupid things games do without intending to, share your pictures of weird graphics/animation bugs in your games!

The linked image is an animation glitch with a guard in Rivet City, he's using the "punch" animation but has a 10mm Submachine Gun equipped XD

Speaking of heads doing what they obviously shouldn't: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/28318401/ Here, have an Orc bandit that decided it'd be an absolute joy to attack my followers in Skyrim after I decapitated him. XD
