I look white (some Europeans have told me I look Mediterranean) but I'm actually mixed race. Looking at the birthplaces of my 8 great grandparents, 4 are born in The Netherlands, 1 in Suriname and the remaining 3 on the Dutch Caribbean island I was born in.
